1. Coaching
We believe in the transformative, life changing power of coaching. There is a simple joy that comes from becoming a powerful coach and we believe that coaching is now more important than ever as a key driving force in evolutionary change. The camaraderie shared by a group of committed coaches can be a powerful force for change.
2. Evolution
Coaching matters, so we show up, reach out, communicate and transform coaches. We are changing the landscape and redefining the coaching industry with our presence. We are constantly learning. We know our growing edges and we support each other in our individual and collective evolution. We allow the inherent wisdom of the group to emerge. We are breaking the rules. Even our own. Our members have permission to change the system.
3. Resonance
Resonant coaches and people receive rewards that more than make up for the effort required to be that good. Resonance teaches us from the inside out, to learn from our mistakes, to constantly improve and strive forward. It calls us to engage and inspire, to stimulate conversations and challenge the world we live in. It is through resonance that we find our flow that leads us out into the world to teach, love, save lives, challenge, inspire, change minds, educate, support and ultimately heal.

All coaches, new and old, experienced and beginner, occasional and professional coaches are welcome. We believe that every person engaged in coaching creates more power for the movement overall.

We are proud to be human. Our clients are human, full of energetic potential. We are grounded and connected in our humanity. We know we don’t need fixing, neither do our clients. We support them to construct their own knowledge and find solutions to their own problems. We have the self honesty to admit when we’re wrong and the courage to change. We know that real learning is driven by clients and nurtured by coaches.

Our message is simple. “When you are happy, you resonate. Life is too short to be unhappy. Be happy when you can manage it. Enjoy yourself. Everything has the potential to be lighter than you think.” We remind ourselves to breathe deeply and appreciate the moment. After all, living in the moment could be the meaning of life.

We take complete responsibility for the energy we bring to any person, situation or context. We strive for energetic health and practice good energy habits. We are actively engaged with clients.
