This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Staff is awesome. They put on community events every once in a while and it's a great way to meet the friendly neighbors. Hot tub, sauna, garage, and walking trails are awesome. One thing to note is that the hill into apt complex can be hard to drive on when it snows, be careful. I have been here a little more than 5 months.
I really enjoy living here for the time being. The complex is clean and everyone in the office and maintenance are extremely professional and nice! The location is the best in the springs in my opinion and I love the amenities are outstanding! I recommend for everyone who are looking for an apartment to definitely check these out.
We love it here..it feels like home. Maintenance is always very quick to fix and so very friendly..office staff ready to help with any problem. They go above and beyond..the view is the very best..you will not be sorry if you choose the Resort...the very best place in Colorado Springs
This place is very beautiful and clean. The room is nice and big. Megan was so helpful and friendly during the tour. 5/5 star. I choose this place even after found better price deals because it is such a nice place.
We moved into The Resort at U. Park six months ago and have been pinching ourselves ever since. It is the best quality and best run apartment complex we have lived in since we started apartment living 7 years ago. All 7 years have been in 'luxury' apartments, by the way. What is so good about this place? The management and maintenance staff are excellent. You are always treated cordially and made to feel you in a community. They are the most responsive staff we have ever experienced. Maintenance requests have always been met within 24 hours and, if a repair is needed, done with high quality. The common facilities and accessories are excellent, always clean and well maintained. Then, of course, there is the location.
I wanted to wait until we had been living here longer to write a review but I can't wait. This place is absolutely amazing. It's been 4 months of living in paradise. Our apartment is absolutely stunning. The landscape is very well maintained. Everyone we've bumped into has been so nice and friendly. The pool has an awesome view. Maintenence team is the best ever! I have put in multiple work orders and each time they have showed up 10 mins later. 10 minutes. That is what I call phenomenal service. I never want to move ever again. Thank you Resort at University Park!
Resort at University Park is awesome in every aspect very quick to fix any maintenance issues very quick to respond to anything a beautiful place to live the atmosphere the environment the trails I don't want to leave
Maintenance was quick and efficient with fixing our towel rack. He also was very professional. He noticed our front door wasn’t closing properly so he fixed this as well. Definitely went above and beyond!
I recently moved into the Resort at University Park and I have to say, there are no words for how amazing the apartments, grounds, amenities and most of all, the staff are! The communication is amazing; they always follow up and ensure all questions or concerns are met/addressed appropriately. You will not find a better place to call home! And best of all, they are truly pet friendly! I wish I could give 10 stars!
Maintenance was extremely fast in response time to a malfunctioning washing machine. There is nothing worse than taking your laundry elsewhere.
