Restaurant Equippers

We had a really horrendous experience with this company. Our ice machine went down so we order a new one from Restaurant Equippers. They delivered it to the wrong person/address and three weeks later it finally arrived but badly damaged. We did not accept and had them immediately load it back onto their truck. So after all these issues and delays and time spent on the phone with the company and the carrier we expected to be given a refund in a timely manner. But no, they are holding up our funds, taking their time even though the ice machine is on their truck. I really am shocked this how they are handling everything. Doesn’t seem like they care much about their customers or what kind of position they put us in. Beware!

Great company with not only everything that restaurants need but also amazing customer service! Special thanks to Christeen who is really nice, patient, and professional. We messed up with the tables’ styles and colors. She explained everything in detail. I would 100% recommend!

Horrid employees. I had been purchasing several items here SS Work Tables, Overshelf, etc and had been a satisfied customer until my last purchase. When ordering online I would get an email when my items were available for pickup but this time I received no email. After a day or so of waiting I called and spoke to a man who was nothing but condescending. I proceeded into the store and spoke to two women at the sales counter in Columbus when one announced loudly "He came in! He's here!" and they were joined by a third woman and a man from the small office next to the door. All four gathered around the register laughing. When I asked what was funny one woman told me "Nothing" while laughing in my face. All this because I had the audacity to phone and ask if my internet order was ready for pickup. If you can overlook the immaturity of the business' employees and the fact that they ridicule their customers to their faces then this is the store for you. As for me, I'll pay more and wait on shipping before I ever shop here again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered sandwich plates a month ago and still getting the run around. Canceled order and now a month behind. Will use over priced competitor in the future.

Very quick and courteous staff. Excellent variety of inventory. Fair prices. Picked up a nice stove for a decent price.

This company has no only great pricing and products, but great customer service. We ordered another fryer from them to add to our kitchwn, the same patriot that we ordered 4 years ago when we opened that still works great. Unfortunately a gas hose was lost when the new one came and they gave us no questions asked and are resending us a new one. Amazing customer service and products!

They have everything that restaurant need!from kitchen needs! Dining area! Needs! Cleaning! Equipment! Range! Grille! Oven! Griddles any many more!

A refrigerator went down at our restaurant. I ordered a refrigerator and a freezer. The representative assured me that it would ship the following day. 3 days later, I called to see what the hold-up was and was told that he didn't place the order. Now I'm waiting again for equipment that we are needing badly and already paid for. First experience with this company and not a good one.

Stopped in to purchase a deep fryer. I was assisted by a gentleman from the UK. Sorry, I don't know his name. He was excellant in assisting me from start to finish. I highly recommend this store and this person when you visit. Yes, I will go back again. I, and my family will be repeat customers...
