ROC is a great organization that prepares restaurant workers to handle the many perils that present themselves when working in the food service industry. They have many great programs that teach financial literacy, OSHA guidelines, state and federal wage guidelines for food service workers, workers rights, political awareness and offer  food protection licensing for NYC. ROC is also involved in advocating and fighting for fair wages and better working conditions for restaurant staff.

I hope to gain the training to open my business. Great opportunities and I’m so glad to be a part of this.
