For a fast food restaurant McDonald's has always been good... But the service hasn't been the best each time I've been there in the past months there's always missing something and that's not cool considering the pice it costs when you're buying for 6 peoples!!!!!!!! As for the atmosphere it's always quiet...
No problems with the food. Drive through was not a good experience. He couldn't get the order right even after telling him three times at the sign and twice in person. Had to go back through the drive through to order the missing junior chicken.
Cold large fry half filled, messy McCrispy. The coffee was great although I had to order it through the drive-thru because the kiosk wouldn't accept the order with my McCrispy order and the inside worker wouldn't take my coffee order in person. I am looking forward to our world in ten years when the little efforts and no pride in work flourishes. McDonald's is falling apart. Please save this company.
Oh my god what a mess, talk about slow food and unhygienic. Had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our order, look like chaos with 20 orders pulling up, people waiting. My daughter found a bug crawling from her smoothie, which she had to throw. Better go to A&W.
Food service and the food was pretty good. We found that the staff and manager that day blind to SOCIAL-DISTANCING in the dining room even though there are tables clearly marked not to use certain tables. Manager that day walked past the dining without taking a glance just to see if things were okay. 2 crew staff were talking to each other and cleaning the back dining room and didn't do the front dining room. We found that people from here and not from here, just sit where ever they like. You might be able to see from my pictures. No SOCIAL-DISTANCING!!!
Apparently they close at 8 on Mondays not 10 like it says on Google so maybe change that up
Worst service. Been waiting in the drive through line for the past hour and I'm not exaggerating a bit. Seriously, close that "fast" food and let a real one open there.
Expected quality for a McDonald's. No order missing, but they put Junior Chicken toppings in the McDouble for some reason. Nothing was made with much care but it wasn't bad either.
It's a great place, the device is usually fast and friendly, however, it's really unfortunate that this location has not reverted back to being open 24h, even now that restaurants are basically allowed to be open in full force. Maybe it's not as profitable right now, with the hyper-restrictive limitation on people actually going inside, but it's still unfortunate to have your McDonald close at 10. It's happened to me several times that I would have wanted to go through the drive through to pick something up after 10. Or since I work at night/Early mornings sometimes it might be nice to grab a coffee or sandwich at 3 in the morning in my car. So personally I understand with COVID, people being scared to work, so less staff, and maybe it's not financially viable to pay people through the night right now with the economic restrictions currently, but i just wished they go back to 24h or at least stay open layer then 10, maybe till 12 could be a good compromise
Washroom was clean. Food was as expected from McDonald's. A lot of flies flying around that day inside though. Service was fast and friendly.
