Larry and his staff are so so sweet and honest. We had an excellent experience buying from them and would absolutely recommend to anyone searching for a new mattress or box spring. 10/10
Larry, the owner, is knowledgeable, compassionate and experienced. I needed a waterbed heater urgently and he rose to the occasion. He definitely will go the extra mile to help his customers
Called the store an hr before closing. Told them I'd be in to pick out a mattress.. I got there and was greeted by Larryowner showed me a few good mattress combos and I picked out a nice sealy!! What a deal!!! And to top it off he strapped it to his vehicle and delivered it within that same hr.. Great business stand up owner definitely recommended!! The prices are great and the owner is a down to earth guy!! Thanks Larry!!
Owner was very knowledgeable and honest, prompt to respond to messages and flexible with hours to meet with us. We ended up getting a bunk bed set. For the quality and price, we were really impressed as we saw the same set going for $400 more online. I would buy from him again, but hopefully this one will last us a long time!
Great guy and owner best mattress shop in town Larry is the best
The Owner is very customer service friendly until something goes wrong. I was a repeat customer and thought this was a great place to shop locally! When I advised the Owner there was a defect in my purchase, he never returned my call. Disappointing to say the least. For that reason, I will no longer patronize this local company.
Exemplary service! The prices could not be beat anywhere in Western New York. Someone was always there to answer the phone, and the sales department was courteous and knowledgeable. I love the way they always suggested the most cost efficient options first! Delivery was prompt and affordable. Sometimes it pays to support your local business .
No frills but Larry usually has what you're looking for a lot cheaper than anywhere else.
Excellent place, reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend this place for your first stop while shopping for bedroom items!!!!!
Larry was beyond excellent with all of his expertise on bedding. Thank you for making our decision on a new bed and we will be back for future business.
