I have always been a lover of RH stores and I find what they offer is beautiful and their designs are elegant and durable. Since I found this discount store, I always go because every time I visit it I find wonderful things and at very reasonable prices, considering that this is a fairly expensive brand. Every time I went he staff has been attentive, friendly and willing to help. I recommended if you buy some furniture to pickup, keep in mind that you will need some patience, because sometimes there are several people picking up furniture and the staff they have is quite limited, so sometimes this process takes a while. Otherwise I recommend the store to everyone who likes furniture and interior design.

I went here to pick up an item for a customer. The prices are a lot better than main brand store but there wasn’t a lot of inventory here. I guess you have to get lucky with the products. The parking is annoying in the garage and when I went they were doing a lot of construction so you couldn’t enter or exit in the correct spot. Also the construction blocked the pick up site so I could pull up to the area but the guys helped carry the product to my car so all good.

This place is fantastic... I treasure trove of my design dreams! Found a peice here I had admired about 9 years ago and had given up all hope of finding. So happy with my purchase! **Tip** They are located in Sunset Place near the LA Fitness noticed they have taken down all the directories in this mall so you'd end up wondering a while

The outlet has a great deal of furniture on site. I’ve been to several RH outlets and this is one of the larger ones. Was able to find a deal on a piece of the sectional we are currently waiting for it’s on backorder until December. Staff was very nice and helpful. They don’t deliver but they offered local companies that would.

Its worth it with the sale. Towels are great, 100 % Egyptian cotton. Considering the rest.

I had the best experience there today. There were three decorative pieces that I saw on my way out that I wanted to purchase that didn't have a price on them. I asked the friendly sales woman who then asked what looked like the manager for the price. They sold them to me for the best price a girl could ask for. We are moving into our new house next month. After such great service I plan to buy a lot of items at this location. I was beyond pleased with the staff.

Great customer service. Staff and manager, Cake, are very attentive and try to help you with any questions you have. Highly recommended for all your furniture needs.

I found great deals. However, the customer service was atrocious. They practically made me feel I was bothering every time I asked a question . I asked the girl to help me with some lamps, and after rolling her eyes, she came to help me and started texting or looking at something in her phone while talking to me. I would have purchased more items, but I did not feel welcome or comfortable at all. I will give it another shot because I am a big fan of the brand and they do have good prices. I hope this blond chick is not there, though.

Always a favorite of mine. You just need to visit and see what is there. New items all the time. Great pricing. Many times additional discounts. You have to go with an open mind as items arrive all the time. If you see something you like, ask the sales associate to put a hold until you are done shopping. If you love great furniture, are willing to wait for an amazing piece or pieces, great place to visit and buy. Enjoy your shopping!
