I am a extremely picky/ indecisive customer, but LIZ of this specific RH OUTLET was extremely helpful. My first visit Liz took me right to the cloud couch and was able to tell me everything in detail about the fill and style. I also moved all of the furniture around the store multiple times and she was ok with that even assisting me in the re decorating of her showroom to fit me needs. I then went back later in the evening and Chuck was extremely kind and also was able to show my parents the couch I was purchasing. Liz and Chuck both were a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING with Liz and Chuck. I’m not being paid by RH or anyone to write this review, just really hyped on the customer service from this location

I used LXD Logistics to pick up and deliver the table I bought from RH. The table is great and LXD Logistics gave me a fair price on the delivery and were professional throughout the process. I will choice them for all my future RH deliveries.

Probably one of the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Walked in and was not greeted. Found a rug that I wanted to purchase. Went to the front to claim it. Employee who was not doing anything chose not to help. Employee on the floor ignored me despite knowing that I wanted to purchase the rug. She instead attended to another customer on the fence about multiple rugs - including the one I wanted. Employee told me to browse the store as she attended to the other customer who was undecided. I was left waiting while she sold the rug to the other customer and failed to inform me. Wasting my time.

I highly recommend this RH Outlet. They worked tirelessly with me to find the right chair, fabric, ottoman, etc.. Sierra was extremely helpful and provided her ideas and helped us throughout the entire process. We are very happy with our chair and will be back for more! 5 Stars for sure!

Had a really wonderful experience here! Ive been to this location a few times before and had a very average experience...Just sort of looked around on my own. But this time, I came w my mom, and we had the privilege of being helped by Mea! She was AMAZING! So kind and helpful and she really cared about helping us find great pieces at great deals. The items that are not visibly damaged are of the same quality a you'd get in the regular RH store or catalog - the majority their wooden items are not actually wood, they are compressed paper. You can plainly see this on a damaged item. The sale% is off the original list price, so you're still going to pay a lot. The staff was polite and helpful on both of my visits. I give 4 stars because I've had RH table and chairs for well over 15 years and they still look and feel good in my space.

They judge you by the way you look. Came in after working out at the gym and passing by so I was dressed like I just left the gym with no jewelry and very average looking. Not one salesperson even said hello. Returned 2 days later because I fell in love with an item. Had business attire on, heels, jewelry and my hair up in a bun and they couldn’t stop chatting me up! I got the hell out of there, I shop where everyone is welcome! Never judge a book by its cover.

This place is a total score for someone who likes the RH aesthetic, wants better pricing and is a little flexible with their design vision. It’s filled with top / first quality items - primarily furniture and lighting, with some bath vanities crazy cheap, curtains, etc. Almost zero small decor pieces. The outlet has complete sets of dining room chairs / living furniture; it’s not one-off, random pieces. I found items to be 40 to 70% off original website price. Also, the staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, organized and engaged. I found this store better all-around than Cherry Hill location, which is 40 minutes south. Highly recommend!

If you like restoration hardware furniture, this is the place to go. Every time I have been here the customer service has been outstanding. You need to understand that this is an outlet, some stuff might have small scratches or color might be off, even the smallest of a stitch being the wrong way. It’s definitely hit or miss depending what you want but the furniture is most definitely we’ll made. Well worth stopping by and looking.

Staff was rude and they profile customers. Worst service. Not there to make money just pretend they are important because they stand behind a desk all day selling overpriced furniture. Better off going to Bassett
