Restoration Hardware

Decent selection of discounted RH furnishings. Some with damage, hence the lower price. Each item individually priced but still not a good buy per se for me. Would be nice if sets were priced with one price for the group. If you want an RH item at a discount over the store or catalog price, this is where to go. Plus they can check inventory for you at other RH outlets. Call ahead if you are looking for something specific!

Can always find a pretty good deal in here and the new layout of the store is awesome! Much easier to find what you are looking for.

I found just what I was looking for and in the exact quantity. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

UPDATE: I guess they were just nice at the store, since then they have been unresponsive and not very helpful. Sad. My favorite RH Outlet the service here is great especially by Orrin, he is absolutely amazing!

Eh. I don't know why I keep getting fooled by Restoration hardware and their so called outlet stores when they rarely of ever have outlet prices this one included. I made the ride out from Philadelphia and thank goodness for Lucky brand next door because otherwise this would have been a total waste of a trip. Restoration hardware had a pretty bad selection and the prices were nowhere near what any store should consider outlet prices. Disappointed and wouldn't drive out there or recommend to anyone looking for a deal. A lot of damaged stuff as well.

A place where you get what you need, want, and can afford

Will at the store is amazing. He was helpful in answering all questions. He went above and beyond when we ran into an issue. Best customer service agent I have come across!

I wish I could not even give a star... So, I really do not like to complain when it comes to customer service since I do understand how busy we can be since I work at retail myself. I’m from DC and I called a day in advance asking for an item because I did not want to make a trip in vain, I was told they had what I was looking for; when I get there to pick it up the person at the front desk hands me the product and I explained it’s not what I asked for, the fabric was correct but the color was wrong and I drove more than 2 hours just to pick that up. His answer is: what do you want me to tell you? I mean, come on... He did not even help me to find something similar or tried to solve the problem, very first disappointing experience with thus brand.

Beautiful furniture but way too expensive for me. They have lots of things in boxes but no way to know what is in them.
