If I had known that “As Is” would get me a broken couch like this, I would never paid for it. We only found out that it had a HUUUUGE cut after we got it home and tried to sit on it a couple timesit is still wrapped since we have no idea how to fix it!!! The crack was not visible at all they hide the broken side, I have a picture of it in the showroom when we bought it and NO WHERE did the label nor the staff that worked there mentioned that this couch was damaged AT ALL!!!

The store is on the smaller side compared to the Vacaville one but we found something that we like!! Staff are very helpful in general. I'd like to give a big shout-out to Jules. She is such a lovely lady. We are very happy with our purchase.

Everything here is cheaper new but it’s broken? Perplexed

They didn't have the sofa or table I was looking for and I asked if they could show me some orher sofas but they made no effort. I was left to search by myself and left frustrated.

The biggest joke of a furniture store in the area. They want to retire from every sale. $5000 couchs are common finds. They must play to the "exclusive" business model to earn business. I can go to the Ashley Furniture store down the road and get an identical couch or love seat for 1/10th the price.

Lots of great items at a discounted price. Love RH products. Staff was nice bit could be more interactive with customers.

Left over stuff that has flaws they are trying to pawn off on someone. You might get lucky and find a diamond in the ruff. Happy hunting.

Good stuffs, but the sales is not as good as before. The one in Vacaville has more items on display.

Luck of the draw as to what is available, but the prices are great compared to full retail.
