Ridiculously over priced and snobby lead staff. A few of the nurses were very kind, however their lead nurse was very over confident in telling me very false information about a service in very educated on and scammed me out of money for practically nothing. I usually go to a very established med spa in California and they are priced at less than half for the same service and are way more established with many high profile and celebrity clients. Will never be returning or recommending this business. Before this review I kindly asked to speak with someone about the issue up front and they never returned my call. Simply would like a refund for their terrible service.
Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to achieve desired results. Marisa took the time to explain various procedures. I follow her continuing education efforts on administering treatments. So I am confident I’m in good hands of a true professional.Services: JUVÉDERM treatments
I have been going here for about a year, visiting both locations. Marisa is one of a kind. There is a reason why she is so successful. She is so personable, kind, thorough, and answers any question you might have. She does all this while being patient and imparting genuine education, not pushy sales tactics, to her clients. She just speaks from results and what works for her and that is much appreciated. Her eye for the correct amount of Botox and filler is spot on. You can feel assured you are in good hands and will come out looking great! I have had other services such as hydra facials from Cherise and she is wonderful too. Lastly, the staff are always great at checkout and are very helpful with Allē. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment, you won’t regret it!!!

I had to come and write a review because this business and the staff deserve all the praise! I've been in for hydrofacials and injections and they've always went above and beyond to greet me, check me in and accommodate me..and their kindness, cleanliness, and professionalism is unmatched. Marisa is amazing at making you feel very comfortable and at ease with her injections and doesn't leave you in the dark with what to expect, what she's doing, or aftercare! You can tell a lot of passion, compassion, and personable care goes into every little detail of your consultation and the appointment! 10/10 I would recommend if you're on the fence about any cosmetic procedure! I always walk out feeling more confident and if I'm going to treat myself....it's to a visit to this spa. Can't boast them up enough! It's well deserved and recognized!

I am 64 years old and looking every minute of it! My daughter urged, rather talked me into getting fillers and Botox injections with Marisa. I gotta be honest with you..the night of my injections, I was really doubting Marisa and my daughter. I was uncomfortable and achy. A couple of Tylenol and I finally went to sleep. However, the next morning I knew I had found my new best friend!! The results were starting to show already. I love how much better I feel about myself. Thank you Marisa for your knowledge and talent and thank you Jenny for always wanting my best!
