Dr. Bare and staff are amazing!! My husband, daughter and I have gone to this office for years. We have had a few dental emergencies and they are so kind and get us right in. They are friendly, caring and professional. Dr Bare and his staff want you to have a pleasant experience at the dentist and go out of their way to make this happen. They truly care about your comfort. They are always up front about cost and give you several options depending on what you want or need to spend. They take most all insurances and also take Care Credit which is helpful. Don’t go anywhere else!! You won’t be disappointed!
It is always a pleasure and a blessing to walk into Restorative Dental and be greeted and cared for by the most welcoming dental staff I've ever encountered. Dr. Bare, Anna, Susanne, Johanna and Meghan are all thoughtful and comforting. Communication, quality of care and their time and patience are just a few of many reasons I continue to see them for my dental needs. I referred my most anxious family members and they were impressed with this team.
Restorative Dental is such a wonderful office. Dr. Bare is a seasoned dentist who delivers exceptional care. I’ve had both preventative care and dental work and both aspects of the practice were wonderful. You can truly tell that Dr. Bare has years of experience. I did not feel any pain at all while having dental work done. My healing time was literally minutes. He has such a calming and kind demeanor about him. He explains the entire process as he goes along which helped ease my fear of the work I was having done. His dental assist is very sweet and friendly as well. The office always takes extra touches to make the environment a calming experience. I really enjoyed the music selections they had playing oldies and the armotheraphy they had in the treatment rooms. The hygentist is so sweet and gentle. I had a very thorough cleaning done. Anna the office manager is so friendly and helpful. This office truly cares about their patients and takes their time in your treatment. Dr. Bare is very trustworthy and has a very noble character. I trust this office with my oral care.
Dr. Bare and all staff I have encountered are always friendly, pleasant and acknowledge me as not only a patient, but another human. I trust and have confidence in the dental care I have been provided and could need in the future. I have been coming to restorative dental associates for 5-6 years now, and Mrs. Rita at the front is the sweetest lady. She has always been so friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. Laura Mercier is the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Hartz has always been extremely friendly and very personable. I have always had a great experience at this dentist office. My family also comes here, and we all love it!!!
Would highly recommend this dental office to my friends and family! They were very friendly, professional, and you felt at home there. While I was on the patient seat, I was asked if I wanted a pillow, blanket, or water to be more comfortable before my teeth cleaning. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist were thorough with the dental procedures and easily gave me a referral for my wisdom teeth extraction.
This is the best dentist in town! They are so prompt, I am able to get in and out with very little waiting around! They are personal and professional. I have always had the best care at all my appointments. Everyone that works there is so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!
While I'm relatively new to the office, I cannot find the words to recommend them higher than the absolute best! Dr. Hartz is such a warm and caring person, instantly putting you at ease upon meeting him. The staff members I've encountered have the patience of saints and go above and beyond to make sure you are aware of what's being done and are at ease. Danielle was an angel, taking a lot of time, care and patience to make sure I wasn't too nervous or anxious about the cleaning and I can't begin to say how great Rita Ann is in every way! Thanks for the great care you guys, I look forward to many years with you and your office!!
Dr. Bare and his staff have been great for routine cleaning and other dental work such as fillings and crowns. I have noticed a change in billing practices and communicating fees before a non-preventative procedure is performed. After never having to pay for a cleaning in several years of going there I was told it would be over $100, when my insurance pays 100% for preventative services. Other family members have also had experiences where they did not communicate costs up front until they asked for payment when they stated they would pre-authorize ahead of time. Lastly, they are not consistent about performing services that they know are not covered by any insurance such as 'desensitizing' with all patients.
I have been going to Restorative Dental for twenty years. I have always received exemplary care. I feel the staff of Restorative Dental understands the stigmas associated with the dental chair and that they do everything they can to alleviate my anxiety. In addition to a comfortable environment, I've found knowledgeable and capable staff and state-of-the-art equipment at Restorative Dental, and I will continue to go there for many years to come.
