I really don’t know when it was okay for cemeteries to collect money then allow your loved one to just wither away in a grave that is not properly setup to honor their memory and legacy. I frequently come and see my loved one and this is what I see every time. My loved one is not being cared for properly certainly not with the respect they deserve. When my family chose Restvale Cemetery to be the eternal resting place for my loved ones we certainly didn’t expect them to abandon their responsibilities of making Restvale an amazing eternal resting place for our loved ones. Therefore, I highly recommend another resting place. The customer service is lacking and so is the compassion. Representatives will not answer any questions while sitting in an empty office but says call us on the phone. I know that times are different and may be difficult but it does not excuse businesses from doing their jobs and maintaining integrity
I am an amateur genealogist working on my family history and tree. One of my many personal projects is a document that lists where my family members ancestors are buried. As such, I am in and out of cemetery offices & on and off the grounds and dealing with administrative staff and customer service people ALL THE TIME! The administrative person in this office is Audrey. She is amazingly kind and helpful, does it CONSISTENTLY, and has been nothing but a joy to work with. I call with a request and Audrey is ALL OVER IT!!! Granted, it may feel like a "one-man operation", but she handles it flawlessly! After my very first request, she was so helpful, that I had to call back to express my gratitude. She ends each of our interactions with a very heartfelt "God Bless You". I truly appreciate Audrey and her work. In our society today, human beings have been switched out for Interactive Voice Response Units. Audrey answers the phone and helps folk. Good customer service may be a dying art, but Audrey is keeping it alive!

I give this place zero stars; I had to select a star to post this share. Our family was out there on Memorial Day and the place was horrible. This cemetery has big sink/pot holes see photo. The grass is not maintained. They did a mediocre cut of the front grass to try to give the appearance from the main entrance that their land is maintained. NOT!!!!! The grass was so tall in many of the areas. A lot of old dead grass was completely covering my grandmother's headstone, which had to be there for a long time because the grass in that area was so tall we couldn't easily walk through it. Headstones were not positioned in place; they were laying in various directions, not uniformed. The place markers were all over the place laying on the ground. This place should truly be ashamed of themselves for the total conditions of the grounds. Memorial Day people, what are you thinking? You Don't Care.
I haven't done business with them so I'm giving them a 4 instead of a 5. Also because they're closed on major holidays. But I am giving them the 4 because I was expecting to find my great grandfather's grave to be grown over after seeing some of the reviews. He died in the 1960s. I Don't think anyone has visited since then. However I found his grave right away. I appreciate the lot marker signs to make it easy to find. It also wasn't grown over which was great this was an experience I had at another cemetery where relatives were at. Not sure if they had that years prior but they have it as of November 2020. I took a pic of my great grandfather headstone and called my grandma to tell her I found her daddy's grave. I'm into genealogy so this was important for me to find. I will try to go there again at a later time to find other relatives. Hopefully the rest of the cemetery has good upkeep like the section my relative is in.
Spent almost 6000 on my loved ones plot. Was told if ran over time stated arrival we would be charged an additional 100 for every 30 mins. We were early.. sat waiting well over an hour and half before we had to work ourselves to get our loved one to the plat. Horrible customer service. Lack of employed. It was a mess made a overly sensitive moment worst. With their blaent level of disregard
They gave me a big discount for 3 head stones. I buried my brother in 2005 and my twin sister in 2006 and it was $1194 to put them there. Now in 2015 it was $3200 for my mom. Yes it was high for my mom. But all the spots where my sister and brother was filled. So we had to lay my mom to rest in a different area so the price changed. But they were very understanding and helpful. They helped me for like 2 hours to get me what I wanted and gave me a discount. I really did appreciate the time they spent. They didn't rush me or anything. I just wanna say Thank you Restvale
My mom know rests here. I cannot hear her voice. I cannot feel her couch. I cannot see her face. I cannot get her guidance. She will never be at ,tbwedding, baby shower and I never got to say goodbye. Appreciate your moms while you have them...
I very disappointed with Restvale Cemetery my family have been doing business for years with them. I understand what’s going on with Covid19 and social distancing but, for you to be closer on Father’s Day is so wrong. I was looking forward to going to my father’s grave to place flowers. Also I called and left a message to state my concerns. Very disappointed with Restvale Cemetery
My great Grandma and Dad is here and we can’t find my grandma and my dad tombstone is falling apart also the grass and area he’s in dry like they don’t take care of the place
