Dr. Eadie and his staff are great! He and his staff are always friendly and very professional. Dr. Eadie is very detailed and always provides me with the best possible care and service. He has definitely treated me with the right plan of action that has helped improved my retina and vision. I am so glad that I have Dr. Eadie as my retina doctor and would highly recommend him and his staff to others. I love Dr.Eadie but some of staff is in need of being a little professional! We are asked to wear mask but they use the same eyedropper on everyone eyes! That would be okay but sometimes it does touch your eyes and then goes on to the next person! I never see anyone disinfect anything ! So are they protecting anything. Dr Eadie is very good at what he does but the staff needs to be more organized!
Always a very Professional and efficient experience at Doc Eadie's office. All of his assistants that I've met over the years are polite and personable to a fault. you kinda wanna have that rapport when they're trying to calm your nerves before getting that shot in the Eyeball, ya know? Good people, Great service!
The staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived early for my appointment and was still taken very soon about 10 minutes for my preliminary exam and dilation. When Dr. Eadie saw me he asked if I had any issues, looked at my retina pictures and told me he saw no issues there. He did his manual exam with the bright light and since there were no issues I was done pretty quickly. Wait times were minimal for this type of exam.
Visited Dr. Eadie for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. The office staff was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Doctor was friendly and honest with me. Luckily I have no issues so I don't have to go back for a while, but if I had to I know I'd be in good hands.
My experience at this place was wonderful. The staff is really great and professional from the front to the back. The Doc is so great to me she really cares for her patients and it shows. Im glad God put her in my life to take care of me..
A warm environment. Inviting. Not your typical hospital looking office. Great staff. Friendly people. I find Dr. Eadie to be an educated and compassionate doctor. Easy to talk to.
They are friendly and nice the doctor is very understanding person make sure what going with situation make you feel comfortable and positive about what might happen with surgery. Doctor lipman is nice to care of my eye let me know that it good but, still haven't got my prescription yet.
I am very sensitive when it comes to my eyes but I had a good experience. Everyone was very pleasant and there was nothing that was uncomfortable for me. Procedures were explained in detail beforehand and in a way that I understood.
I am so grateful to Dr Eadie for helping me through a retinal tear over the last year and a half. He was very patient and confident, which was important because I was frightened I would never see clearly again. Thank you Dr. Eadie!!!
