I have been going here for years off and on. I've never had a really bad experience until the last time. I went in to get a cut. The student put my hair in a pony tail while she listened to me say that I wanted my hair that was down past the middle of my back cut to midway up the shoulders with long layers and face framing layers for a round face. Seems pretty specific and I've never had difficulty getting a good haircut with these instructions before. Student put my hair in a ponytail while she listened. She then said " oh! you want the big chop! " I said well...I guess? I just want it midway up the shoulders. Student then CUT MY PONYTAIL OFF above collar length. She gave me a blunt cut bob that falls just below the chin! No layers. Just a blunt cut bob that looks like a 12 year old cut my hair. Yes. I should've said something at the time. I did not. I was in shock. But all she could've done then was cut it shorter. No thank you. Enough damage has been done to my hair there. The instructor asked if she could keep my ponytail for class. I don't know if they needed more materials for class or if my student was new. She didn't even show me the back of my hair. I didn't throw a fit in the salon and I didn't give them a chance to fix it because as I said. After that they weren't going to be allowed to cut it any shorter. I cried every time I saw myself in the mirror for two weeks after this cut. I gave two stars instead of one because I've received decent cuts here in the past. If you go here be extremely cautious.

They did a good job at a great price!

I was there 5/17/22 @ the springdale location and I requested Lizeth. I will never use anyone else but her! Not only does she listen to what u want done, she does it perfectly. And while we are waiting she will sit and talk to you and laugh with you. I absolutely love her and when she graduates, I will totally be going to the salon she goes to! She like family now! Liz you are wonderful n I absolutely adore you sister! Thank you for doing such am amazing job! I LOVE IT!

They patiently address my wishes to change things. Having only one eye with precariously placed mirrors still have to make changes at home. However it's no different with the expensive shops. When there's no need touch up at home they'll get 5 stars.

Olivia is fabulous! She really listens to what your issues are - or, what you want/do not want - and actually thinks it over and is able to creatively address/resolve your needs! I recommend her to everyone! Stephanie M. is also a sweetheart and takes gentle care to listen to and respect the client's wishes! Thank you both to Olivia and Stephanie M.!!!

Have been going there for over 3 years and have received attentive and knowledgeable stylists every time. A supervisor comes at the end of the cut and double checks the finished work. Kudos to the staff

Student I had today doing my nails did an amazing job to bad she is graduating in 2 weeks but congratulations Christina. But the Springdale AR site I really like better than Rogers location. Affordable prices and your helping someone learn there occupation.

Went in for a quick eyebrow waxing and had Lazeth sp? for my tech and she was absolutely wonderful! I've had eyebrows done many times and she was by far the best!! Will def be back to get hair done by her before she graduates See you soon!

Worst experience. Went to get my both my kids hair cut and they let me go back with my son then once I paid for my sons hair they then tell me we have to leave the building and leave my daughter alone with them. This was never stated up front in the beginning. I was only told that I could not go in the back so I assumed I could wait for her in the waiting area where they have chairs far apart from each other. I told them in the beginning if I could not go with my son then I wouldn't get my sons cut that day I would just wait and take him somewhere else that wasn't too big of a deal. They agreed to let me be with my son in the back. I tried to explain to them that I do not know them like that to leave my children alone with them. I kept trying to explain and they just interrupted me each time and then in front of my 6 year old she said they would call the cops on me for being disruptive. She scared my 6 year old. It was uncalled for and it was inappropriate especially since I was "supposed" to trust these people alone with my kids and she acts like that. Apparently when a customer has a complaint you're threatened with the police now. Yes I was frustrated because she kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain how what they were expecting wasn't right. I was frustrated because they didn't give me that information and had already started on my daughters hair. Had They told me upfront which should have been required that I would have to leave my child alone with them we would have went somewhere else. But they made that decision for me when after my son was done They wanted us out. They basically waited til they had my daughter back there and started on her hair before ever saying I had to leave the building and leave her there with them. They don't post it on the door or anywhere in the building and they don't say anything up front because they know that parents won't be comfortable leaving their children. She is a minor. I paid for both my son and daughter and tipped both students despite the fact that they messed up my sons hair and didn't finish my daughters.. I ended up having them stop cutting my daughters hair and I paid for hers and we left. Now we are at a different salon getting her hair finished. Cheap is not always better especially when these people are inappropriate around children and discriminatory towards children with disabilities.
