I love Ocean Resort. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. I love, love, love the bed! They're always so comfortable and clean. The views from my rooms are always beautiful. I have never had a bad experience at Ocean Resort. The staff are very, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that I wish there were some less expensive restaurant choices.
Went to Wahlburgers and the food and drinks were great. The burger was perfectly cooked and the bartender was very nice. The room was very clean with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The pool was open inside and outside with a temperature of 83 degrees. This was in October...I highly recommend going if you're in the area and want a great place to visit. If you like my reviews and pictures please give them a thumbs up and follow me for more. Cheers....
The ocean is wonderful!!! I want to give a really big shout out to Patti at the front desk. She was kind, professional and let us check in early since we arrived early. She provided TREMENDOUS service. The beds are COMFY and the views are gorgeous!!! Ocean Steak and Wahlburgers were delicious. The In and Out pool is very relaxing and wonderful too. It is the newest and cleanest resort compared to all other Atlantic City resorts. We will be back again and again!!!
Read some very bad reviews on here but found our experience to be good. The room was clean, and check in was smooth. All employees were friendly. Enjoyed the stay, will be back for the views. A coffee machine in room would get them 5 stars, but 2 small coffees downstairs for $8 , come on guys, do better.Rooms: 4/5
Had a nice two-day stay over the weekend to close out the summer. Front desk was friendly and very accommodating as they got us in a great room earlier than expected. Rooms were very clean with plenty of room for activities and great views. Casino floor was nice with a great bar at the center. Food was good but didn't meet expectations after hearing from others experiences. All that said, I'd definitely recommend it your on the fence.
Exceptional hotel, and wonderful stay. There is an outdoor park/patio at the lobby level. That is a view of the sunrise from high above the beach on the patio. There is a 24 Hour place in the lobby to get coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. There is a Starbucks but that doesn’t open till seven and if you are an early riser, you can still get your fix of caffeine. The rooms were beautiful and clean. There are three banks of elevators going up to the rooms grouped by their floor levels . They are engineered amazingly, and there was never a wait to get a Elevator car . The outdoor pool was closed at the time, but the indoor pool was comfortable and easy to reach. The casino was fun and we went to one of the restaurants adjacent to it, see separate review. You are allowed to ride your bicycle on the boardwalk And it is an easy exit from the ground level of the parking garage to get to the boardwalk.
What a perfect location and beautiful room! Reservation suite 4002, beautiful corner suite with a magnificent view on 40 floor. Reservation team are super friendly on the phone. Sadly, the management here is quite in a low rate service. From valets service to checking out, very slow and unpleasantly approach. Valets had quite an attitude, 45 minutes in line for checking in, 20 minutes to half hour before front desk would pick up your phone, 20 minutes bellman. Definitely no late checkout even just for an hour. Absolutely no calling ahead for your car to pull up, you must come down and wait for your valet. Ordered room service: orange juice was great! Fruit plate: smelled quite rotten like the fruits were cut with unclean cutters We said management needed to be trained because it isn’t staff’s fault. It’s all coming from the top. Unfortunately, the service needs to be upgraded to match this beautiful and perfect location resort.
The views are amazing. The higher you go the better. Love the modern, clean rooms. The beach is steps away. The casino has lots to offer. It’s literally a resort you don’t need to leave, tons of restaurants for any price range, the concerts and shows, bars and club. We love it here.Rooms: 5/5
If I am going to stay at any of these casinos, Oceans is my place! I’ve been coming here since it was originally revel. The rooms are clean and modern, have fantastic large showers. Love the view from the floor to ceiling windows. Both B and Sadie sides provide amazing views. The pool is great for a dip summer/winter. The casino is on the smaller side which is a plus for me. The dining options are fine. Look for winter specials, you can normally find rooms starting at $50+ per night and of corse the resort fee. If you are simply looking for a night away or a wild time they have you covered. I enjoy taking my kids here for a fun overnight. Swim and order pizza while enjoying the views of the ocean and buildings. Rooms: Large rooms, fantastic views and beautiful bathrooms. Nearby activities: The beach, steel pier, boardwalk. The cabanas. Relax in the spa. take a dip in the awesome circular pool. warm up in the outside hot tub. Enjoy the outdoor fire pits. Safety: The boardwalk is sketchy during the night. Inside the resort, you should feel very secure. Lots of security. Walkability: You can access everything you want from this hotel. however, it’s so pretty I don’t know why you’d want to leave. Food & drinks: A variety of food offerings for every Tastebud. Pricy so you can always order takeout from nearby restaurants if your feeding the entire family. Noteworthy details: Beautiful architecture. Fantastic art installations.. truly beauty at every turn.
After a 30 min wait to check in on a Sunday, we were put in an accessible room even though that’s not what we paid for. Shower flooded the whole bathroom so we couldn’t even use the toilet without walking in a puddle. No one at the front desk seemed to care or was interested in helping us. We were told this was the best hotel in AC, we would never stay here again. Try the Borgata or hard rock, we wont be back again.
