Honestly,  I hate to leave bad reviews. But I genuinely had the WORST massage AND facial I've ever had. The facial was rough and choppy. And more than half the time, she wasn't even touching me but was putting supplies together and messing around loudly in the cabinets. Then, she would abruptly touch my face again out of nowhere. The massage if you can call it that by Jimmy was horrible. The whole time, it seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else. And it seemed like he had no anatomical knowledge. The same 4 repetitive movements over and over, with no pressure at all. It was a back rub with oil.  And I could feel his nails scratching me the whole time. Plus, he kept burping. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist myself, and I enjoy getting massages from peers to support and learn from them. But this was an embarrassment to the field. I wonder if he's even licensed. The music was loud and jarring. The room and now my face smells like rancid oil. Unfortunately, it was just an overall bad experience. Ī

I wasted my $200. I clearly mentioned in the consultation that I want to tame my visibly frizzy hair which means no frizzy hair but I don’t think the lady did a great job on my hair. The day she did my hair treatment…on the very same day I was able to see my frizzy hair again. All she did a small trimming of my hair in $200. Not worthy it was my first time here and clearly waste of money and time. She washed my hair with hot water being a experienced worker in this industry I think hot water is not good for hair. And if I am saying hot water it was hot I am not exaggerating. There’s no before and after difference in my hair. All I can see is before coming here there was frizz which was hard and after treatment it was soft frizz and that too for one day. I don’t want to be disrespectful towards the lady but the job was not worthy of $200

I received an eyelash lift and tint. I have had this done many times before and always like the outcome. I seen Sam. I really liked her. Made me feel very comfortable and talked to me during the session. My lashes looked good. But then I got home and really looked in the mirror and noticed my bottom lashes we curling up. This made me pretty upset. I have nice natural lashes they are just light so I do use mascara. That’s why I get the lash lift and tint on my top lashes. I had this done weeks ago and my bottom lashes are still curled upwards and they look stupid!!! This is really upsetting and it looks worse when I do try to apply mascara on my bottom lashes.  I will not be going back. USUALLY THE TECH TAPES DOWN THE BOTTOM LASHES SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN!!

Absolutely THE BEST Salon in Northeastern Ohio!!! Extremely talented Designers. They take the time to listen to what you want and do a beautiful job. Longtime client and I won't go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE. I made the mistake of trying out this salon for eyebrow waxing and the girl messed up and waxed off the left end of my eyebrow.. so they were two different lengths width wise. The salon would not honor a refund. They offered a credit for a re-wax once the hair grows back. I of course will never go back there. They also said "remember eyebrows will never match perfectly with out being enhanced with makeup. No one's eyebrows grow exactly the  same length, height or width." I have been getting my eyebrows waxed among other places for the past 13 years and have never had to use makeup to touch up my eyebrows. They've always matched just fine and the girl literally waxed off the whole tail end of the eyebrow. Do not come here or you'll regret it like I do!! And no refunds!?! Lol I see why...they wouldn't have any business if they had to constantly refund for their poor services.Service:&nbsp;Waxing

excellent job! Mirandasp did a great job on my wife's color and highlights. I think it looks good and even more important,  SHE is happy with it

Average cut at above average price… not busy but had to wait a long time

The best place for all your beauty needs they have it all head to toe great selection of hair skin and nail products too
