CONSIGNMENT POLICY
*We ask that you e-mail or bring in a picture of your furniture.
*When we receive the picture, we will discuss a price estimate and a date for you to bring your peice(s) in.
*When the piece(s) are brought in, we will finalize the price.
*The item will stay at that price for 60 days , then it will be marked down 20% every 60 days thereafter until sold.
*You will receive 55% of the final selling price. Consignment checks are mailed at the end of each month.

If you are looking for new furniture we can help you with that or special order it. We also carry hundreds of new accessories including lamps, vases, candles, pictures and small accent pieces.
Maybe you are on a budget or looking for a vintage look. if so you may be interested in looking through our selection of consignment furniture. Our inventory is 80% consignment pieces; many of which are lightly used and priced much less than what they may have been priced at brand new. We carry full sets and a variety of pieces that you can mix to create a unique look.
Do you have old furniture that you have no room for? We can help you with that too. Bring us pictures of the furniture pieces and we may be able to sell them for you on consignment. Most of our consignment furniture is sold in the first two months of being placed for sale on the showroom floor.
Furniture re-upholstery is also available. if you have some aged pieces of furniture that you don't want to sell or throw away and would like to see them in new fabric and refreshed then perhaps re-upholstery is the way to go. Our upholsterers have been re-upholstering furniture for generations.
