Only reason I'm rating 4stars is because it gets really warm in there but other than that the service was great, food & drinks were awesome for a bowling spot. I called to rsvp for a VIP space & Marie took good care of everything quickly & sent me all the info through email. She also happen to be 1 of the 3 servers when we got there which was cool. Checking in was quick & getting our shoes was too. We were welcomed & taken to the VIP room that we reserved, everything was nice & clean. I read other reviews that say different but this was my experience. We had a party of 8 & 3 servers that were on top of everything. They would come & check on us to ask if every was good & if we needed anything, which I wasn't expecting but they took good care of us. The food we ordered came at about 45 minutes of being there which was fine w/us while we put our shoes on & got the game ready. The drinks did come fast though & were surprisingly great! we all had a great time & look fwd to going again in the near future.
I would not suggest this place for a company party or large group event. What a disaster! We had 50 for our Christmas party paid $66 per person. 1 chicken tender per person was served, the vegetable platter was the size you buy for about 10-12 , cheeseburger slider s were plenty but I just had to take a picture, because I couldn't believe how they were served. No one could figure out how to handle them.We ordered extra chicken, by the time it came out, our 2 hr bowling was just about over. No management, no one was ready for our group. When Michelle finally came in she was nasty, rude, and smelled like alcohol!. The 2 drink tickets they provided Per person they did not Honor after our 2hr bowling party was over! I PAID FOR THESE TICKETS ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! When I complained to Michelle once again she said I'll have to pull your receipt. What a joke!! The desserts were plenty I think they tried to make up for lack of appitizers. So they gave enough cookies for 150.
Never ate here. Can't ever get a lane here. Came to bowl, but was told a private party had booked the entire lanes for the next 2 hours. The alley was completely dead We asked if we could book a lane if the party didn't show up and were told no. We decided to have a drink at the bar... the party never showed. Empty 1930 hrs on Thurs.
I had a good time here on Friday night. There was a cover band, Khemistry, and a dj who was playing some great old school r&b records. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. Most people came between 11 and 12. The band played until 11:30.
We were looking for a B&B Beer and Burger Joint and came upon this apparent collaboration between Revolutions and B&B. The food was very good as you'd expect from a B&B. The service was a little rough in the sense that the little things you come to expect from a B&B were a little off. We were there at dinner time about 7:30 and the place was empty and the usual 2-3 host that meet you at the door were nowhere to be found. Once we were finally seated, things went just ok. I think this is just a new deal, and they are still figuring it out. The evening wasn't ruined, but if you go there, and you already know what to expect from a B&B, you'll have to be forgiving as they get it together.
The bar, the food, the bowling, the service was all great. We really enjoyed the VIP lanes. We were on vacation for 8 days and bowled here 6 of those days. Definitely like the atmosphere as well. The lanes were well maintained, and the bowling ball were all well taken care of and did not have multiple holes, dents, and scratches. Cannot wait til our next vacation.
So the good, pizza good, environment nice. Now the bad, service! My lane wasn't working, after trying to get them to help three times I gave up, the overall service was terrible and the main reason for 1 star, I asked about a specific drink special and was told it wasn't going on today, after we paid and were getting ready to leave I was told by another employee that it was running and our bill would have been significantly less. I contacted the manager by email and was totally ignored. To top this off it was not crowded at all so no reason for bad service and possibly dishonest servers to hike up tips.
Booked a birthday event here. Marie the event planner was great. Answered all my questions and was very patient with me to find the right package for my guests. Arrived and everything was good at first. However the host was extremely slow. The building became sweaty hot as soon as you start bowling and many guests complained of heat. The end was a complete nightmare. The hostess spilled drinks all over our table and on peoples possessions. The last 30 minutes it was not cleaned up even though we complained several times. She got the bill wrong twice and it took an extra 45 minutes to leave. It almost ruined the rest of the night for the birthday party going out after. We had about 30 people and everyone spent money on tabs and the party had 10 people spend $400 on VIP lanes yet the service was horrible. I should have stayed with my guy feeling not to go to this place to begin with. This establishment has potential but would have to start with a whole new staff. It's a shame.
Clean, comfortable, and fun! Great pricing if you go during the week day. The food is amazing! And service is great. Only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because they got rid of their Mozzarella Sticks and replaced them with Triangles. They were the best I've ever had!
I have never had such a difficult time trying to reserve lanes! For over a week, I called and emailed this place trying to reserve two VIP lanes and received no response from anyone. Every person I talked to was very rude and acted like I was a burden. I showed up with a group of 10 and was told no VIP lanes would be available and 2 regular lanes would be a 45 minute wait. The front counter staff took my phone number and called me when they were ready. My phone showed a missed call 1 minute prior to me seeing it and by the time I ran to the front desk, they told me they gave away my lanes and now they could only give me one. We took it, but it definitely ruined the experience. A group of 10 bowling, drinking, and eating....and this place could care less about us as customers!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bar tender was very polite and gave us great service. I prefer to spend my money somewhere I will be appreciated as a customer....at minimum, somewhere that has professional/polite staff members.
