I went here to get some things I needed for wound care so I try and explain to them what I'm looking for so the lady says ok I know what your talking about so she goes inside to get it comes back with 2different types one being 4x4 patches that had the active ingredient in them and was rather expensive at $140 for 5 patches then she says we also have this cream that it's the same thing just not on the patches and it was $40 well I choose the cream and I told her what else I wanted so she goes to get that and when she comes out she says do you have a Dr I can call to authorise the cream I said what it's prescription only she says yes just like the product that I wanted to keep my skin hydrated she said it also was Rx only so I had no choice but to not get the stuff to keep my skin hydrated and I had to pay the $140 for the pads because no person was needed for those which I thought was very strange but who am I to argue so I got the money out to pay her and she comes back out to give me my change and says I went ahead and helped you out a little and gave your the full box of gauze pads instead of half and I didn't charge you the tax I said oh ok how nice. But after I got home I realized she did not give me anything extra because she said half be the box of gauze pads would have been 50 so a full box was 100 which was wrong the full box was actually 50 and come to find out the cream was not out is not a Rx only item they just wanted to make the larger sale not only that I looked at the receipt and she may have not charged me the tax but when I figured the total out real quick in my head I said it was about$175 so I have her$190 and the total was actually$169.95 but she kept the$175 that I had figured in my head real quick. I feel that they are dishonest people and will not ever ever go back. I know times are tough with everything we are going thru but they are not the only ones struggling at this time and to think I was trying to help a small local buisness
