To produce foods for ourselves and the community that nurture our body, minds and ecosystem. We are committed to practicing a sustainable way of life both on a personal level and business level. To achieve this we use organic foods that are grown as nearby as possible and are minimally processed. We strongly advocate and support the creation of local self-sufficient communities that are formed around plant-based food systems. We share our way of life by producing high quality, artisan made tempeh, miso, natto, mochi and eggrolls for the community, near and far.
We currently produce Certified Organic Tempeh, Ready-to-Eat Teriyaki Tempeh and BBQ Tempeh, Natto, Mochi, Sweet White and Mellow Red Miso, and Eggrolls. Our products online at www.rhapsodynaturalfoods.com, and distributed to natural food stores throughout Vermont and New England.
