Entry fee is ridiculous. Someone who pays this is just out of their mind. This is a consignment sale and a lot of the stuff is overpriced itself and not "High Quality" items as stated and must I say dirty. Most people come to these to get good buys, but with this ridiculous entry fee, the poor or under privileged wont be able to purchase necessary items for their children after the entry fee. How can you justify an entry fee of $30 to $110. Better off to hit up "Wild Child" or "Once Upon A Child". #kmbc9news
A+ customer service, friendly, vibe of gratitude. Even though each sale has its pros and cons, you can’t beat being treated like a valued customer. The staff was great this year! And I found plenty of awesome deals!
can't get enough! we look so forward to the two times a year the sale takes place. get a ticket and shop early, FOR SURE.
Best selection in the area there truly is a ton of everything baby/child clothing, toys, education items, safety items, furniture. They had an entire recently closed large grocery store absolutely packed with kid's stuff. My only criticism is I wish cosigners were not allowed to bundle things that are not part of a set. For example I found several toddler boy shorts/shirts that I really liked bundled with other shorts/shirts that were lesser quality, not in style, or a bit faded. By the time I pay for the one I like plus the one that will probably not be worn it really cuts into the savings of buying pre-loved. Also I wish bottoms and tops were separated unto different racks.
I’m a first time mom + was hoping to get some good deals on bigger items here. They did have a large selection, but a lot of the items needed to be cleaned. Even in the dark light of the room you could see dirt stains. I purchased one large item + a few smaller ones. When I brought them out of the store I noticed they had a bad smell. The smaller items came clean in the laundry, but I had to air the larger item out for a week + a half after cleaning it before the smell would leave. I’m very disappointed. I was really anticipating a better quality selection. I likely won’t return because I’m finding better quality items at a cheaper price on FB marketplace.
Best place for buying and selling kids items and clothing
Fee dramatically increased for consignors and tight restriction on items allowed to sell for age 10+.
Go early!! It’s crazy popular with good reason- the inventory was insane! Next year I’ll get the early-admission pass.
