Nice park. Great playground area. Large grassy area to picnic or play. Basketball court. Covered picnic tables. Beautiful flowers. walking path down to the boat launch.
Giant old trees mixed in with Rhododendrons of all types. Blooms and greenery give that spring feeling even when it's still gloomy in March & April. Two play parks, one for older and one for younger kids. Mine love exploring the paths that lead you around and behind the trees. Bathrooms are cleaner than expected. Picnic shelter is rentable for $75. Love this park!
Love this park and the walk down to the river and there’s usually ducks there. Saw a kid who appeared to be eating berries from a bush. I alerted his parents that I just found deadly nightshade in quite a few spots., When I got closer, he was at one of those bushes. Keep your eyes on your little foragers.
absolutely gorgeous park ! Without much homeless people showing their art work ok he structure ! Fairly clean. Park with tons of natural beauty !!!!
Nice trails and well maintained facilities
This park has a great playground for older kids and younger kids perfect place to take the kids not to crowded and is absolutely beautiful There is a huge field where you can play soccer or volleyball or frisbee. There also is a walking trail that brings you down to the river nice little walk thru the woods. Playground: Playground is awesome has everything you need swings slides and a smaller playground for toddlers Dog-friendliness: Big field Picnic area: Big picnic area where you can have a birthday party
Big park with several kids' plays and activities for all ages. There is open ground and a huge shelter for day picnic for families and friends around 100 people. There is a nice trail which connects to Burke Gilman Trail. Parking is ample. Drinking water and restroom are on site. Tip- it has almost all strength related activities so it's a good place for practice if your kid is doing OCRs such as Spartan Race.
Great playgrounds including one for younger toddlers. Has a full sized basketball court and trail to the boat launch on 68th
First time in this park, I think now it's in the list of favorite places. There is basketball court, two playgrounds each one of them for kids of different ages, which I think is awesome. There is also a barbecue area. It is really nice in spring, see my photos.
