Rhythms Fitness Studio is proud to be Nevada County’s home for Zumba, Piloxing, Barre, H.I.I.T., R.I.P.P.E.D., and senior programs such as Stretch and the gentlest of Zumba! These fitness offerings provide you with choices from the Zumba dance party, to the intensity and body sculpting of H.I.I.T., to the small group, highly personalized instruction from our experienced fitness gurus. We offer 20 classes per week to choose from, all taught by instructors who make it fun and still make it fitness! There are no monthly fees, no automatic deductions from your bank account...you use your punch card as you choose!
