Great. Fast! Efficient. Friendly!
The short large women, who wears make-up like a clown, very rude and you could tell she hates her job. If you go their, avoid her.
We live in Riverside, Ca but had to mail something from the Rialto, Ca post office. 241 W Rialto Ave, Rialto, CA 92376 What a breath of fresh air. All the employees where very kind but Regina, the employee that helped us, was amazing. She greeted us with a wonderful smile and I told her that she made me feel like I was in a small friendly town. Thank you Regina, you are a fabulous representative for the United States Postal Service! GOOD JOB
I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They come and "attempt" to deliver a package, but they never knock or ring the doorbell and this has happened so many times now. Why? Why are you not notifying me you are here? I don't always have eyes on the front of my house. So now I have to go down to the actual post office and try and pick up my package in 2 days again since it's the weekend. Tell your people to ring or knock and not just shove the paper in the door and run.
Very great service cause I was hoping to get my unemployment but instead I got my golden state stimulus man what timing!!!$
If I can give them 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience with the mail carrier that delivers in my area. The post office never Answers my phone calls. I make a report and never get called back. It's bad!!!!
This is by far the best post office. Very nice staff. Pamela I believe that was her name. Was very helpful nice and made sure my package was seal correctly. And definitely a + they provide tape for your boxes. I appreciate that very much.
No waiting. The staff was pleasant, cheerful and very helpful
Every time i schedule a redelivery this location either loses my package or completely ignores the rescheduled delivery and returns the package to the sender. Time and time again I’ve experienced incompetence with this facility. I’ve created redeliverys the same day to get package the next and the confirmed date is never honored. Then you call them and the hold is almost 30 mins.
Staff here are nice. Busy but the line moved pretty quick. I only come here now after too many bad experiences at the San Bernardino post office.
