They were willing to haggle with me which was nice, however, my salesman seemed new and working on his knowledge. Their test drive routine is unnecessary and designed for people who have done 0 research on the vehicle. After finance got into my car and it already had a drivetrain light on. The detail guys put a gallon of plastic polish in the interior of the engine almost positive this is where my wrench light came from. I was told to bring the car back to have the wrench light looked at and that I would be top priority. It was a Saturday and they didn't have a mechanic in to look at it. I found that out after I had already left it there for 8 hours. Decided to pick it up and not waste any more of my time. Ended up fixing the light myself so that I wouldn't have to deal with them again. Overall if you have no idea what car you want or what the new cars are capable of and like being told what you want to hear then this is the place for you. If you do know what you want and time is valuable to you then go to Power.
If you want a no hassle experience buying a car, GO TO RICH FORD AND ASK FOR JUSTIN BOWLING! We live in Oklahoma and ordered a truck for Justin! The quality of service is well worth the drive there to get a vehicle. Thank you Justin for your time, friendliness, and absolutely 0 hassles!
. Even though I was told,I waited longer almost than anyone else for my bronco. It was well worth the wait! i’m pretty sure Rich Ford is one of the busier dealerships in the state. My salesman Cody, made me feel like he was looking out for me. The whole experience had a small town, personal feeling. Derick in finance, as well, explained everything to me clearly, and again that same feeling of somebody looking out for you, and making sure that you were taken care of.
Damien has been nothing short of exceptional. He was understanding of what I wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. He was very nice and patient. I test drove a few vehicles. I got the jeep I wanted at the price that was right for me. Jimmy in finance was super awesome and helped me with my loan. He’s very professional and personable. Answered any questions I had and made sure I understood. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and helpful.
Just recently purchased a vehicle from Rich Ford! I had the best experience whatsoever from The first minute I walk into the dealer. This young man AK. My sales rep, define knows what he’s doing, he was great! very helpful. Not to mention the financial team, and the store manager. They all make me feel like a celebrity! 6 vehicles and counting! I just came back this week to trade in my 2021 bronco sport For a very nice 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 . I wanna thank my boy Patrick Smith ! for making my car shopping experience as easy as possible. I got a great deal for my bronco and as well as on my new Dodge Ram 1500 . Kudos to salesman Savonne Huges for helping out during the purchase process. And lastly shout out to Finance Manager Shamond Smith , For as Always making the finance experience very pleasant. Unlike other “finance manager”which name shall not be mentioned, Shamond has a great attitude very nice and funny guy ! He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and also answered every single question with professionalism and respect . This is my Car shopping team . Very happy with this last purchase

I just took delivery of a 2022 F250 XL. The last year to year and a half have been a challenge both for the auto manufacturers and the consumer. After finding nothing but barriers and excuses at all the other local dealers, regardless of brand, I stopped in to Rich Ford on Lomas and Wyoming. I sat down with Jim Chavez and we ordered a vehicle on March 28, 2022. Jim laid out exactly what the Ford process was and how it would work. The process unfolded exactly as Jim said it would, with periodic emails from the manufacturer as my truck moved from order to delivery. Can't say enough good things about Jim's professional manner, expertise, patience and knowledge of how Ford works. Closing the deal was as easy. Derrick Hoffpauir, the Finance Manager I dealt with was as professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with as Jim Chavez. Great team. I would recommend the folks at Rich Ford if you are looking for a professional staff and great service.
