Someone Wes?showed up 15 minutes after taking my call. I had locked myself out of my house, he was able to get me in the house in ten minutes. He gave me a great price and was very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Lucky to have found Rich's Keys and Locks after a couple unpleasant experiences with area locksmiths. Wes is friendly and professional, reliable, knowledgeable, fairly priced and has a full mobile service in addition to the shop. Wes has helped me out on two projects and I can only say great things. Rich's should be your first call.
Wes Hope Im spelling the name right was really awesome and really helped me out of a bind. Other locksmiths said they would take WEEKS to come out to help: he worked through the holiday Thanksgiving to get special parts that my lock needed for a mailbox, and made an extra effort to come out as quickly as possible. The whole replacement took less than half an hour, hopefully this doesn't happen again but this will be the first place I call!
Never having posted a review before, today I felt I must. After losing power and needing a copy of a key to get into a garage that uses only electric door openers with no other access, I rushed for help. Wes not only happily helped me after business hours, but never mentioned his business was closed. He pulled himself away from his current task without hesitation and took the time to find what I needed which was detailed and difficult. He insisted I leave without payment and on good faith - to be sure the key worked. Wes was kind and gracious, and it felt like doing business with someone generations ago who cared about integrity, trust and pride in their service and work. Without question, this small business and its owner are recommended wholeheartedly.
RichsKeysandLocksCt, was excellent! He came quickly. He had my lock fixed in no time!! His price was really really reasonable. I would definitely recommend him! He made everything go like a beeeze!
Wes did a great job replacing my Anderson door lock.... He was very efficient and even cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend him to others! Thank you Wes!
