I walked out within 5 min.. he’s very off and rude I was shaking leaving that place. Told me to turn my phone off as soon as I got in there which is weird and didn’t want to listen to anything I was saying and criticized me guessing that I had a cavity.. he told me to mind my business because I’m not a dentist

He was super kind and polite. Told me his every move and talked me through the cleaning very nicely. He was gentle on my teeth which I normally walk out of a dentist in pain.. but not today!! Super satisfied

I went to see Dr.Prechtl after a few years of avoiding the dentist. He talked me through the entire process and gave me choices as to what I wanted to do next. He was very light handed the entire time and checked on me periodically which was nice. I will be returning!

Absolutely loved my experience he was kind gentle and guided me threw everything step by step.cant wait to get my smile back

My husband just saw him today. Very rude! Would not listen to what he had to say. He wants my husband to see Dr. Jeffery Menoff in Jamestown NY who is a butcher! When my husband asked for different dentists in Buffalo Dr. Prechtl said "ok I'll give you an antibiotic and something for pain. But would not do so before hand. Told my husband will not see him again.

They’re saying I did things I didn’t do. He’s rude and doesn’t care for the younger generation. Would never go here again.

Best dentist I've ever been to and that's saying something seeing how fear kept me from going for 10 years prior to seeing him

Talked horribly to my girlfriend and treated her horribly she left the office crying

The guys a bit corney but a wonderful dentist and human being !
