Richards Free Library

The worker's there are amazing and very helpful. The building is awesome inside and out I personally love very old places. They have wifi, computers you can use, movie's that you can rent an area for kids and rooms upstairs on the second floor. The one thing that really stands out is the very big painting in the library. If you're a history fanatic and want to learn about the town from way back in the day the library has very interesting books on Newport!

Beautiful library that has a very large selection for a small town. Staff is super friendly and there are lots of activities for the kids and family to participate in.

Why open so late in the day? Some of us adults have information that needs to be checked and can't do it when the library is closed until 1pm during the week day. Why should us adults be forced to wait til 1 when the kids are in school? I call for the times to be changed. Thank you
