Drs. Bill Liljemark, Patricia Vayda, and Scott Bowlby are accredited orthodontists. This means that they are dental specialists who have completed advanced post-doctoral courses, accredited by the ADA, of at least 2 yrs in the speciality of orthodontics.

My experience here was awesome! Such a great friendly team! Never had an issue at all as well! Love my new smile
I’m not 100% satisfied with my teeth probably 40%. I had braces and then got them off then I had a gingivectomy, but was still left with a gummy smile. I was happy about my braces coming off but the laser surgery didn’t boost my confidence at all. To this day I feel very insecure about smiling and feel a little botched. Only my 2 front teeth are long which isn’t good because I look like a rabbit. They said he was very good at doing the procedure but I think I was told a lie.
I have been very impressed with Richfield Orthodontics and their care to my 14 year old son. We saw them approximately 2 years ago under the recommendation of our dentist. At the time of the appointment, everything was communicated well, based on the recommendations of the orthodontic team, it was recommended that we wait for braces. We are now back and all things are online for braces and again I am so happy with the communication, strong knowledge base of the staff and the general positivity within the clinic.
Excellent! We've been with Richfield Orthodontics for many years. Scheduling has been super accommodating to our busy schedules. We've been able to be seen when emergencies have happened as well. All of the staff has been very professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend Richfield Orthodontics.

My daughter just had her braces removed today third child to go through treatment here! - she can’t stop SMILING! We left the office at the same time as another young gentleman who also had his braces removed - nothing but smiles from him too! Doctors & staff do a great job at that bustling little office.
My sons new smile is amazing! The service is amazing too!
So here I am literally writing my first review, I cannot say enough good things about this small but mighty ortho clinic. What a lot of the folks might not know about this place is how much they help underserved communities. Folks come to this clinic from miles away as they are the only provider who can see their kiddos and help them build their confidence. I am an adult patient here and I see how much the staff hustles and keeps things flowing. Very friendly staff that also represent who they serve and always cordial. All while trying their very best to keep everyone safe during a pandemic! Communication about treatment is clear and they are careful about how they treat complicated situations like my own, having crowns and a long painful dental history, they treat me with a lot of care and respect. Very compassionate and non-judgmental and this is important if you are an adult like me who is finally able to fix their smile! Their flexibility and all-around great service to everyone also makes them a 5-star clinic!
Not only was the visit pleasant from the front desk to the orthodontist, but they are so supportive in the financial burden of giving my kid a smile he can love again. First, they offered reasonable pay plans up front and then, when I asked for a military discount, they gave 20% off! It's so amazingly generous and supportive of the sacrifice of military kids, I still can't believe it. Thank you to Richfield Ortho for their support on top of their already great service to help kids find their confidence again!
Great place and environment only thing is it took a YEAR for them to send out X-ray photos to our insurance. I got the whole run around and it was irritating, especially the lady in the front desk Jenefer she has an attitude and is really lazy at her job. She was the one handling the file and just couldn’t send it out. I still can’t believe she hasn’t been let go. I hear everybody complains about her. Really really disappointed on they handled my sisters case as well.
