If I could give them a zero I would. My husband is here and recently with help from the staff made very false accusations of me and put it on a legal document. I've been trying to get a hold of someone in charge and have not been contacted and it's not ok to do what they did
The facility and care are good, but trying to talk to the billing department is maddening. I received word from the landlord of a friend who was staying at the facility passed away from complications following surgery. When I called to inquire about how to retrieve his personal belongings, stating that I was in charge of his affairs, it took six days for them to call me back. I still have not spoken to them as I missed the call called back and they did not try me again. I had to learn where they moved him from a third party days later, instead of from the facility. They received my message and still have his belongings to someone else, without contacting me. I'm still trying to figure out how they let him move in for a 3 month period without getting emergency contact information for him.
Our family was visiting my grandmother for an end of life visit. They let several of us in at once because the time was short with her. After a short time of tearful goodbyes, Tracy Atkins burst into the room unceremoniously chewing us all out and telling the kids that they had to leave immediately. Their last memory with their grandmother was this. She came in shaky-voiced and very pushy, guilting us after we were given the okay to be in there all together. We felt really uncomfortable with the whole ordeal. If you can find any other care center that has better organization and more mentally stable management, do anything to make that happen.
The staff is very courteous, pleasant and competent and the facility is very clean and well run. They’re taking wonderful care of my friend and it is most appreciated.
I have loved working here for the last 16 years. The residents have become family to me. I also could not ask for better friends to work beside.
The care staff really does care about the patients. The activity staff does a great job at always having an activity going on so residents have something to do.
This place almost killed my father in 2016 for a simple recovery from a leg infection. I had to argue with the staff and RN on duty "Wayne" to get the facility into compliance and force them to take my dad to the ER next door after 2 hours of arguing. I will never forget this experience that almost killed my father John Gentry of Richfield Utah. Upon being seen in the ER he was immediately ambulanced to Utah Valley Hospital and put on an air ventilator machine and in the ICU for more than a week to bring his failing organs back to full force.
The residents here are awesome ! There's even some that initiate games for those that want to play on weekends when staff is off.
This place is so great that I have been coming here for 18 years and plan on living here one day. Room #27!
