I don't think I have ever been to a better car wash. I showed up before they were open but they turned the vacuums on for me. And I got to vacuum out my entire car and then when I went to pick a wash a very nice gentleman came out to help me, since it was my first time. I got the deluxe wash which was $12. And before I had even gone into the car wash a very nice gentleman sprayed my car with soap and scrubbed all of the windows including the outside of the side view mirrors, and the hood and the grill of my car. picture is thru my windshield, after he had washed it, but before I went thru the wash. I had just come back from a weekend trip in Phoenix with my children and our car was very dirty. After I went through the carwash two nice men dried the sides of my car and all of the windows and mirrors. Everybody here was so friendly and kind and very professional. I have now found my favorite place to wash my car and I won't go anywhere else. I really felt like they cared about how my car looked when I left their establishment, and I have never felt that way before.
Earlier this week, I was in a car accident where I had swerved off the road to miss an animal.. into tons of dust and dirt and needless to say, my car was dirty! The trip into town had just been exhausting to say the least. Towing, new tires, etc My daughter and I were new to the Prescott area and maps said this was the closest location for a car wash. The gentleman who greeted us asked if we needed help choosing a cleaning option. Embarrassed of the look of my car, I said no help was needed. I was flustered looking for my wallet that had flown somewhere in the car. Yet, he didn't blink an eye, not at all judging, and was still there with his co-worker to scrub and dry my mess of a vehicle. I really thought I was just going to go through a drive thru wash and I didn't know that was the kind of service I was going to receive. I felt bad for not having much cash on me to tip them so I gave the only cash I had on me at the time. These men were so very kind and had I stayed in the Prescott area longer, I would have gone back to give them a better tip. Thank you to the fabulous workers at Richie's car wash for making my day ... And my car ... That much brighter!
Tires and soaps and sealers sprayed on first and then sent through machine, dried by machine and hands after. When done, tires shiny and car looked new. Recommend the top wash, lasts longer. Worth price. Do take off deer whistlers, if snap off in front of vehicle, lost one. Otherwise good place.
This is the greatest car wash in town. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. You can buy a monthly membership for unlimited car washes at a fair price. They also have a menu for car detail. I often get the inside of my windows cleaned. Workers wipe your car dry after every wash. You can use the vacuum for free.
My first time for the $5 basic and I was pleased to get winter washed off my car. The attendants were courteous and professional. After the washing machine finished, two young men wiped all my windows front, side, and back and put the mirrors back into position. Thank you! A nice service for Prescott.
