We are third generation business. It was started in 1939. It was started in downtown Richland Center and then moved to its current location. It has been run by the same family for 78 years. We custom process beef, hogs, sheep, goats year around, and deer during the fall. We also process animals for our retail meat cases. We make all products in house. Many of the recipes have not changed thru the years, however we have come out with many new flavor and styles of sausages as well.
