The staff has been very helpful in my moving process. Everyone has been very courteous. They have taken the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The staff helped me with a great deal on a climate controlled storage unit. It was a very easy process. I can’t recommend them enough!
Michelle, Laura and Sam were a great help . Amazing customer service, very friendly and they went above and beyond to get me the unit I needed at a great price. Strongly recommend using Extra Space Storage. Hands down best one in town and the staff is great. Very clean, well maintained and convenient.

My experience with extra space so far has been awesome. We’re not out of their way on the phone and in person to accommodate my needs and explain everything to me in the facility even took me down and showed me the storage shed taking time out of his busy day. Nice to see customer service existing. It’s rare nowadays extremely pleased.
Great customer service at the front desk by Drake! Explained everything succinctly and made the whole process easy! Had me setup with a storage unit in under 15 min. 5 stars, wish it could be 6!
I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. They worked with me on very short notice to get a unit set up, and went above and beyond when we had our furniture delivered earlier than expected. They personally worked with the delivery company, provided me a new lock, and kept me informed every step of the way. This helped me tremendously while I was at work as well as the delivery company so they didn’t have to make another trip. I highly recommend!!
