Run down is not kept up no soaps waxes just water. Paid 4 dollars for nothing. Do not waste your time and hard earned money here.. vacuums missing hose's or ends. No one answered for a refund.
Found one bay that had both sprayers and brush but nothing worked! Only had water to rinse at the low speed. The brush was filthy and had no soap. The gloss and spot-free rinse didn't work. None of the vacuums worked, either. The phone number on my receipt the ONLY THING that worked! is a non-working number. Total waste of $4. Too bad that zero stars is not an option!
No soap... no water... with the exception of waste water under grates... numerous safety issues...100% nasty.... the dials that control water flow dysfunctional....garbage cans full while dumpster was empty.... exposed wiring...multiple trip hazards... foam guns do not work... poor lighting.... vending machine has rust at ground level... safety concern... do it yourself electricaI work is dangerous and >>>illegal<<< could continue...
So sad how run down this place is. I used to travel from out of town just to go here, because it was such a great deal. Now I'm disappointed I made a 20 minute drive to not even be able to use soap. The foam brush only made my car dirtier. Only 2 working stalls and neither has soap. One kinda working vacuum... I just ended up driving down the road to the 3 minute wash, because this one made my car even dirtier than before I got there.
This place is disgusting!! I gave them money just to drive through the parking lot. No vaccum works I couldn't wash my car that didn't work either!! No one there to help or give me my money back!! Go anywhere else but this place!! They need to fix what is broken!!!
FIX IT OR CLOSE IT!! Thought since they've been putting money into fixing up the rest of the shopping center, they might've fixed this hot mess. Nope. One semi working vacuum. Several don't even have hoses. Drains are stopped up so all the bays have standing water, one actually has moss and slime growing. Most of the bays didn't have brushes and only two even worked at all.. And that was only water. There's no soap, clear coat, nothing! Garbage literally everywhere!Services: Auto detailing
Um so showed up only available option was the self serve bays...fine with me...payed and not a single thing works will be pursuing legal action I just wasted time gas and money don't waste your time with this joke of a place
I used this car wash on May 26th. Most of the bays weren't working. The first one that I tried , didn't spray the tire cleaner on the wheels, it poured out of the ceiling onto the roof of my car.I moved to another bay and was able to finish washing my car.At that bay, the tire cleaner didn't spray and tri-gloss wax didn't work either.
They had all the chemicals stocked up for the wash to run smoothly, I didn't feel like I was ripped off.
