I watched Deadpool 2 and it was my first experience watching a movie here. I really enjoyed my time. I booked my tickets through ATOM Tickets and the process was so easy. The seats were comfortable and the sound quality was great! Their staff were helpful in directing me to the right screen. If you've arrived ahead of your screening time, you can entertain yourself with the arcade games that are available inside the theater. There are also places to sit and relax before or after the movie. FYI, the ads run for about 20 minutes before movie begins.

This is one of the theaters I've been coming to since I was in high school. Therefore, it gives me the opportunity to have perspective on the theater itself over the years. The theater experience itself has been slowly declining along with the mall that it is attached to. So here are some reasons why I've given this experience only two stars: Someone at Regal Cinemas has decided to discontinue the use of the ATOM app. Two of the 7.1 audio channels in theater number 19 are not functioning properly. The last few times I've been at this particular location the handrails that assist people going up the staircase to their respective seats are always sticky. The Crown Club Points tier system doesn't reward a consumer enough without having to accumulate a massive amount of points. Let it cost a lot of those points to get the smallest of items in return has a customer. Attention Regal Cinemas! Is anyone in the company listening? Tickets and concession prices always seem to go up so I expect my theater experience to be worth the money!
The theater is nice, but the prices are kind of high. It's always showing popular movies though and is pretty clean.
I went to see Journey with Jesus on 11/16/21. The place was clean. The seats were comfortable. The film was clear and the sound well balanced. Most of the people were wearing masks which was greatly appreciated. One suggestion- get some parking lights. It was so dark that I could not see the parking lines.
Chairs are nice. Good price before 5pm. Snacks and drinks are high price, +12.00
It's a great place that have huge screens, love it so much!!!!
Sadly, while a nice facility, it seems doomed to closure. Since Pandemic, the attendance has been anemic, and progressively getting worse. Often there is only a few people in the theater, and concession is not busy. Seems only a matter of time, until financial insolvency. Very unfortunate.
The Mall there is dying and google does not give great directions to the parking lot. Concessions service was polite but didn't listen well. Asled for a Large drink and a Small popcorn and ended up with a small drink. People in front of us ended up with cherry coke instead of regular. Bathrooms were a bit dirty and the seating is dated, but we still enjoyed ourselves and had a good time. Wasn't very busy for a Friday which was a plus!
It was clean and the movie "Just Mercy" was GREAT! The issue we had was the movie was in #4 and the bathroom was what seemed to be a half mile away on the other side of the complex. It is very inconvenient. My advice to anyone who goes to this venue is to use restroom before you go into the theater. And if you do not, when your body says you need to go in a few GO THEN DON'T WAIT!
