Rick is very welcoming and his membership prices are very affordable. Their is a lot of great machines and weights that can be used by people of all fitness levels. Having 24hr access is also very much appreciated. Very satisfied customer! Thank you, Rick!

Rick is awesome!The cost is great, lots of equipment.Unfortunately, a lot of the equipment is very old.

Old-school basement stule gym great for gettin' er done. No frills for sure only one very rough shower I will never use, but the equipment is safe and plentiful, the members are freindly, and the price can't be beat.

Best gym I've ever been to! The weights and equipment have character and a story. I brought headphones but quickly learned I don't even need them. If you need a spotter just ask someone everyone is very nice! Oh, and they have a pull-over machine!!! First time I've ever seen one! Dorian yates would approve!

Definitely my favorite gym. They offer classes and personal training but old school weights are what I love the most. Membership is pretty cheap and even cheaper if you pay by the year or as a couple.
