Rick's Pet Stores are full line pet stores with large product inventories for all your pets wishes and requirements.

With over 2000 tropical & marine fish, corals, plants, and inverts arriving at our locations weekly, we are one of the largest suppliers to the aquarium hobbiest in eastern Ontario.

A TRUE GEM IN THE VALLEY ! When my wife & I moved to Renfrew 3 years ago, I was quite pleased to find Rick’s Pet Store to support my fish hobby. Since then I have dropped in many times for supplies and advice, and have never been anything but totally impressed with this operation. The owners, Rick & Shelley, have certainly created, in all their four locations, a culture of service and respect for each of their customer’s needs. Each store has impressive stock and prompt order access for anything else. Of course, the defining strength and success of any company is its staff. My appreciation & gratitude to Lynn, Monika, and Kat who have served me so well with patience, caring and knowledge. 5 stars all the way ! Thanks, Rick & Shelley - such a refreshing experience in this age of Amazon !! John
Amazing locally owned pet store with fantastic service by seemingly trained workers. As with any pet store though, you must use discretion when purchasing slow-moving animals that are more difficult to detect if they are alive or not. I wish their return policy for buying dead animals was replacement rather than the 50% off next animal purchase standard they offer, but unfortunately people would likely exploit it

Between yesterday and today, we visited and shopped at the Petawawa, Pembroke and Renfrew Rick's Pet Stores. Everyone we interacted with were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We will be back again!

Such a great little store! When my daughters fish passed away we upgraded her to a hamster and the staff helped her pick out the perfect little fur buddy to bring home and helped us adults pick out the best habitat for her. Everyone is always super friendly and very knowledgeable! Thank you for your business! :D
I have been a lifetime customer of Ricks. The friendly informative staff is always very helpful and they have never failed to go above and beyond to fulfill my needs. Reasonably priced and they never make you feel rushed. Highly recommend.
Super disappointed with how Rick's conducted themselves when my daughter's hamster died in 8 days. Was never informed of their policy at time of purchase. Tried reaching out to the store directly and was treated very poorly. The woman on the phone basically assumed that it's environment was bad and that's why it died when I had purchased over $100 in supplies for it. Very disappointing. Lost me as a customer.
Has a great variety of pet supplies. I find them a bit expensive. Very friendly staff
