For shipments: We are ONLY responsible for getting your items packaged and ready for delivery. We always email tracking numbers as soon as it leaves our store. If you have any issue with shipping you need to contact your local post office, we do not assume ANY responsibility for lost or stolen items. We suggest in any which case that you file a claim with USPS. Shipping is FREE!
Returns: Store credit or exchange ONLY, all items must be unworn with tags attached and in ORIGINAL condition. It is up to the discretion of Pink Mint Boutique to use better judgement of item. All items MUST be returned within 14 days of Purchase.
