I went to KAY jewelers in The Frontier Mall in Cheyenne WY. To get a battery changed in my nice watch. The girl got the backing off & couldn't figure how to put it back on. After waiting 20 minues! Really! She told us to go somewhere else to get it back on. We went right across the mall to RIDDLE'S JEWELRY. Spoke to this awesome, professional man that knew what to do in seconds. His name is JOEL KLEINHEKSEL. "THE MANAGER". He had it fixed in 5 seconds! That's a real Jewelry Shop! Thank you Joel for caring about customers & being a kind, knowledgeable, professional man. We will come back to your store! Hopefully to purchase a nice piece of jewelry! GO TO RIDDLE'S JEWELRY they rock! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE JOEL!
Purchased three rings from a different jeweler my original wedding set unfortunately had to be cut off and so repurchased the most similar ring from original jeweler and then contacted Riddle's to see if they could solder and resize the bands…. in a less than two week time frame… during the holidays… and they delivered! I am so impressed with their customer service, their integrity and their work! My ring was done in less than two weeks, paid less than originally quoted and my ring looks absolutely beautiful! I am very, very happy with this jeweler and will be taking my rings here from here on out!

I really recommend this place. He was very patient with us and he resized it twice for me and it came out amazing. My finger was swollen the first time so wrong size so the second round he did for free for me and my husband. We just got married in October. Didn’t take long and very welcoming. 5 stars definitely.
I absolutely love this store! When shopping for my engagement ring, I saw an immediate difference in their employees. They showed great integrity by helping me find a beautiful set that stayed within our budget. Their competitors were only showing me items at the max level of our approved line of credit. This is the only store that I now purchase fine jewelry from. They back their products and will continue to take care of you and your jewelry long after the purchase date.
Found a ring on Riddle’s website, I went into the store in Cheyenne. Devin looked it up and found 1 left that will be shipped over. I did find a beautiful morganite pear cut ring, which I did purchase. Devin was super helpful and polite. I will definitely buy from Riddle’s again. They also had a great sale.
Get customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Explained ring I wanted and was brought to it immediately.
I was shopping for a certain type of ring, but I wasn't confident that I would find one. Michelle helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They have jewelry for every budget. I highly recommend this store.
