Rideout Occupational Health

Was turned away after waiting almost two hours after my appointment time. I've dealt with nothing but unprofessionalism from these Jokers for the past decade. Update. Back for a follow up to get test results. Same nonsense. Hour after appointment & still sitting in the waiting room.

I came with my husband for his appointment. We sat there for one hour before I got up to ask the receptionist when he may be seen. She seemed very annoyed that I even asked. She also said she didn't even know he had an appointment. She did not brother answering my question either. She was not the least bit friendly. They were not helpful or apologetic for our long wait. I work in a medical office and usually if you let your patients know that you're running behind they will be understanding. Jus a bad experience on every level. Grand total 80 minutes.

Worst Dr. Ever! They never help. Send me back to work even though I told them I still had pain. Got injured at work twice more after main injury. Almost 7 months since I got assaulted and my pain is still bad and low mobility. Worst doctors I could of have.

My appointment was at 9:30 am. Finally at 11 I went up to the desk. The front desk person went to the back and came back to tell me they were getting the paperwork ready. I didn't know it takes 2 hours to look at 4 sheets of paper that I got there 20 minutes early to fill out. Finally at 11:15 I got called to the back. By the time I left I had spent over 2 and a half hours there. Completely ridiculous. The doctor was nice, and that is why it gets 1 star. If he wasn't pleasant it would be a big fat 0.

Extremely unprofessional. Went against there own mri orders and reports. Said sutter buttes imaging drs did not know what they where talking about. Had a nurse practioner treating my husband Ordering mri and meds. Finally see the dr and he doen nothing but tell us to be quiet. Says my husband is fine after having a 235 pound piece of clay dropped on his knee the mri stated he has severe bone bruising and a tear under the knee. Which was taken on 3/6/2018. The dr desi went against it all

Really clean. Really nice staff

Expect a two hour wait time, even with a scheduled appointment, to have your labs reviewed. The staff is really nice though.

Super super slow service.Staff is nice enough but oh my good so slow I was in here for a smashed toe albeit was a workers comp case so maybe that had something to do with it idk?

Lazy people. First Dr told me I didn't have any problem with my knee... two months later after an MRI they found it was ripped. 2 months wasted and in pain. Thanks rideout

Plan on waiting here forever even with an appointment. Slow, crowded and ghetto as all get out. Find someplace else if you have a choice.
