Ridge Gardens Apartments

I moved to Ridge Gardens 1 year ago and I couldn't be happier! The staff is friendly and very responsive! My excellent experience started with Robin, the leasing agent. She was so very kind and knowledgeable. The property manager, Jay, is awesome! He is on top of everything! The apartment is lovely, with an open floor concept. The bedrooms are spacious and the updated appliances and features are sleek and modern. This property checked all my boxes when I applied, and continues to check the boxes 1 year later. This is my first apartment and I have had an amazing experience. Robin S. has been informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Whoever answers when I call the leasing office is pleasant and follows up. My apartment is modern, spacious, it’s been quiet, and maintenance responds quickly. The location is close to everything. I’ve been here a month and have really enjoyed it. So far so good!

I have lived at Ridge Gardens for about a month now and so far it’s been very pleasant. Robin at the leasing office has been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The apartment complex is quiet and kept up with. Everything you need is a close drive as well making the location perfect.

I have enjoyed my time at Ridge Gardens so far. Robin is a nice, caring, thorough, and all around fantastic leasing agent that has made my moving experience as smooth as I could hope for. The units have nice modern renovations and the property is always well-kept. Had a few minor maintenance issues but were resolved quickly and got done right. I have no complaints. I couldn’t see myself choosing any other apartment complex. Thank you guys! -Nick

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and were looking for an apartment that was quiet and out of the way, but close to lots of things to do. Here at Ridge Garden we believe we have found exactly what we were looking for! We have been here for about a week and so far we’ve been pinching ourselves! Robin, our leasing agent was the best! She went above and beyond to communicate with us and make the leasing process convenient, as we moved 2 hours away! The apartment is awesome, we choose a premium model and we’ve had no regrets, all of the appliances are new and nice! The only thing of concern is the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but upon making a maintenance request they were out the next day to address our concerns! Overall would and have recommended this complex to friends and family! If anything changes I will update this but at this point it feels like a hidden gem!

I moved to Ridge Gardens Apartments in April. I lived here previously, so when I needed to move this was the only place on my list. I love it here. I love the apartment. The grounds and hallways are well-maintained. The staff are fantastic. Moving can be very stressful, but because Robin was so kind, patient, and actually returned my phone calls that kept the stress of moving to a minimum.

I am a current resident. The maintenance men are the only ones who are extremely nice and helpful. The person who manages this property is new management and they are very rude. This property is overpriced and money is not spent in updating current apartments that residents live in.

Well since my last post which I have since removed because things here at ridge gardens has gotten so much better. I spoke about the mouse problem which is now gone thank God. I spoke about the trash and recycling containers well those are well maintained. The new common areas of the building I live in is awesome I see the progress in the community the changes and I like them. I can't wait to see what's next. I see how hard the maintenance crew are working to not only address apt needs but working hard on the grounds as well The improvements are great so I say thank you management and to the maintenance staff I say GREAT JOB.

I've been living at Ridge Gardens for almost 3 months now and overall, it has been a great experience. Robin in the leasing office has been absolutely amazing since the day I came in for a tour. She even calls to check in on me every now and again to make sure things are still going well. I love my apartment and I'm happy that I chose this community to be my home. Now although I love my place, there are some things that are not so great. I'm in one of the premium apartments and it seems like the renovations were a bit rushed. The paint job could be a lot better. I have random patches of wall that weren't painted at all. The walls are thin. I can hear pretty much EVERYTHING my neighbors say and do. Hearing water going down the pipes every time a toilet flushes can be unsettling and annoying, especially when I'm trying to study or sleep. And because I live on the bottom floor, I've been dealing with bugs like sprickets and roly-polies. Even with all of that, I would still choose Ridge Gardens if I had to do it all over again. Everyone I've met so far has been super nice and the area reminds me of being back home in Georgia. If you're looking for a great community to move to, you won't regret living here.

These apartments have been going downhill since they changed companies. They are money hungry and don’t care about their tenants. I’ve lived here for several years prior to the new company and my experience is completely 180 from the old company. I would have rated this 5 stars prior to them. Terrible property manager. Terrible communication. Dirty, over run dumpsters. Rude office staff and that’s if they even answer the phone. Constant changes that are inconvenient to tenants in the name of “improving.” Improvements are one thing but you don’t always fix what isn’t broken and this new company clearly does not understand that. It’s justification for them to raise prices despite how old the buildings look on the outside. Also, changes should be communicated and not at the last possible minute. This gives your tenants time to prep. We have lives and it’s extremely inconsiderate to communicate about upcoming changes days prior. This new company cares more about moving people out so they can over charge new tenants then they do keeping the tenants they currently have. Do not live here. This place has single handedly convinced me to purchase my own home because I don’t want to give this company or any money hungry company like them my money. Again, find somewhere else to move into, this is NOT the place you want.
