Nice building and courteous staff but after only 6 weeks of getting braces on , three different brackets fell off resulting in a visit to fix it every two weeks. Not a good start. Also very limited appointment schedules considering the amount of staff there. Not impressed yet

got braces, had them on for 4 years. Dr laberge is kind and she listens but it seems like she doesn't care. When it came time to taking my braces off, i wasnt comfortable with it because my teeth werent straight. It is very hard to not notice that my teeth are not straight. She took them off anyways and told me that they were perfectly straight. In the after photos and scan you can see that a few teeth are projecting outwards. She chose to ignore this and make me retainers anyways. I have to pay out of pocket again for braces. 5.6k gone to waste

When I got my braces was fine. Friendly staff. But when it came time for my retainer is when they didn’t care. It didn’t fit right they said so themselves and instead of making a new one they just tried to bend it into the right shape at every appointment until I have up and never came for my appointments anymore cause they didn’t care. They had my money in their pocket

Both my brother and I got braces done here as kids, and mine wasn't perfect, but I can't complain, since I was asking to get my braces off earlier than recommended. However, I can't say the same for my brother. My brother initially got braces because of concerns regarding his chin, and Dr. Laberge was confident that braces would fix his problem. We also asked if this chin problem of his might require surgery down the road, and she laughed it off, saying it will not be necessary. His braces came off a year or two ago, and the chin problem is still there. Our dentist is saying he needs to wear a night guard at night, and Dr. Laberge is saying a surgery might be necessary. As a person, she was great. She is a very friendly person, and positive. But her optimism was completely unfounded - despite her constantly telling us throughout his appointments that my brother's treatment is going great, at the end of the day, things have gotten worse, and we're out thousands of dollars plus future expenses. I also have a family friend that I referred to Dr Laberge, and they have similar comments regarding how she always seems to say everything is going great, although things are going worse than expected for the client. I hate to leave a bad review, since she does seem like a nice person, but at the end of the day, we would've preferred a good orthodontist.

I've had a great experience with this place. Staff was very friendly and dr. Laberge is a very pleasant person!
