Great dentist and pleasant knowledgeable staff. There’s a lobby with tv, kid’s corner, sofa, chairs, fridge stocked with water. They send text, email, and phone call reminders for appointments. They’ll also give a reminder card if you’d like one. They send email reminders of insurance benefits to remind you to use them before the end of the year. Orders are done timely. They do see pediatric patients.

I'm actually loving this dentist and all staff! My kiddos can be a little extra during their visits. I get anxiety just knowing their checkups are coming up but everyone at Ridgeview was phenomenal! They were interactive with the kids and really made the visit incredibly positive. I couldn't have asked for a more nurturing and patient team. Thankful I found these beautiful gems. Dare I say that my kiddos had a blast at the dentist? They absolutely did!!

Not good. Was told over the phone she does tooth extractions. Made appointment. Got there and was told by the Dr herself she doesn't do tooth extractions. Her staff than tried to plus sale a bigger bill by trying to get me to do something else with that tooth that would have cost over $2000. thousands every body cannot afford that. What a waste of my time. I left that place. Could have made appointment elsewhere few months ago.

Wow … She climbed up onto my chair trying to pull out my tooth , yes till this day I still can’t believe she climbed up onto my chair !!! I was making ouch!!! noises as it was hurting because they didn’t let the numbing meds take affect before she started .I had some feeling still and it hurt so bad but She tells me to stop making noises as I’m gonna scare the other patients , I have her in my mouth practically on my chest twisting my tooth trying to pull it out and I could not talk all I could do is make these noises to let her know I’m in pain …. Once Finished with no apologies no sympathy no how are you explaining or friendliness she sends me out to receptionist just out the door being mad at me that I said something,? now that I’m older I can see that I was not given enough meds to num that section or time for it to take affect …. Sadly it scared me. I never went back . she made me feel since the very beginning of meeting her that some how I was beneath her . I I think she had just opened up that year My experience their was a long time ago I hope things have changed cause it’s a horror dentist story in my life … I do hope she changed and learned so that doesn’t still happen in her office .. still I pass by and never forget that horror

I have to tell everyone about my experiences with the ladies at Ridgeview Dental. They were so easy to talk to them about my fears about any dentist, but after the first appointment I realized that I can keep coming to every appointment. These ladies are all so understanding and informative about what I can do to make myself look and feel so much better.

Prompt, efficient, thorough, and clean! It’s great to have a knowledgeable team of experts taking such good care of you!! Highly recommend

One thing that I noticed right away at the office was how much all the staff cared about the people. All of the conversations in the office where very positive. It was a comforting environment and I was extremely impressed with all of my visit. I would recommend Tori's office to everyone.

Let me start by saying everything about this office is PHENOMENAL! Let's face it, a lot of things to do with dental work is either terrifying or really annoying. I know for myself, I tend to avoid dentists for a number of reasons, but I honestly look forward to going back to my next appointment! They were able to get me in earlier than my original appointment, were able to get my insurance information easily you'd be surprised how hard it is in some places! every single member of the team was SO polite, everyone's customer service skills were through the roof perfect! Meghan who cleaned my teeth was just wonderful, funny, sweet, patient, and awesome with my three year old who had to accompany me to my appointment. Then again the whole entire staff was good with him! Kelly who had to assist in 4 of my extractions was also nothing less than amazing! And of course Dr. Sandoval was a total rock star! I never thought I would love the destists office, but it was such a great experience I look forward to going back. Not to mention it is so clean and nice in there! The other reviews I thought were just too good to be true but they are true and Dr. Sandoval's team is THAT good!

I can’t imagine a better dentist. I have been very pleased with my visits there. Dr. Tori is so helpful in explaining things and her advice seems very solid. My wife has had very extensive care to fix a few problems. Dr. Tori once made a very significant personal sacrifice in order to finish a procedure that encountered some problems and long delays. She stayed very late to get her teeth looking as good as possible and my wife was extremely grateful.

Just had deep clean on my teeth today,was in need of it for quite some time. Very happy with my service today and with wonderful staff that helped today Thank you so very much..
