An amazing local establishment that's been around forever! I was able to drop off my purse for repair stitching and have it back in two days. The work is wonderful and you'd never guess it has been repaired.

He does great work…just wish he was open more hours. Just the same I’ve never been disappointed.

REALLY MEAN WHEN I WAS LOST THEN OVER CHARGED ME 220.00 TO REPAIR !!! Never shined or wiped off the boot ???and said that's 100.00 more NOT KIDDING !!!!and complained about his wife. People run horrible

Quick great work and at a reasonable price too! 1/2 sole on my doe skin Mezlan Italian loafers. Good for another 10 years now.

I had broken a pair of sandals that I love, and was unsure if they were even able to be repaired. I went into Riebe’s, and the owner was absolutely wonderful. Very prompt and professional, but with an old school vibe. He repaired my shoe within two weeks, for an extremely reasonable price. My only misgiving is that I wasn’t able to tip!!! I would highly recommend this shoe shop to anybody and everybody, because the staff are wonderful, good people, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Love this little place. I put new soles on my new shoes so they'd last longer before I wore them. He did an excellent job, put them on so they look like they were always there, and polished and waterproofed them as part of the service. Robert is friendly, capable, and the prices are very reasonable. And he can do all kinds of things with shoes- don't give up on your favorite pair without visiting him!

We've taken several pairs of shoes to Reibe's and they always do a great job! I've taken my boots in several times over the years and am always given an honest answer about what they need and what it will cost. Fair prices and honest service-Can't recommend them highly enough! I'm glad that Boise has a craftsman like this we can support.

I have been getting my boots repaired and shined here sense the end of 1999. He has done work on my cowboy boots and my combat boots. He has always treated me extremely well, and does remarkable work. You can't find better craftsmanship and knowledge.
