Riemer Eye Center

Laat week my family was camping across the state in Ludington. My sister unintentionally broke her glasses. Our first place to go was walmart, to see if they could repair her glasses. While they were kind, they couldnt assist us and recommended 2 other places in Ludington that may be able to help. One was Riemer Eye Care. They were kind from the moment i called them. They told us to come on in and they'd see what they could do. It took them an hour, but they repaired the glasses really well, going so far as to remove an arm from an older pair of glasses. We are very please with Riemer Eye Care. Thank you!

Absolutely worst at scheduling appointments. We had appointments for our children on a Friday... Sent one letter to us rescheduled one child not the other so we assumed that child still her app Friday.. We showed up..nope no doctor today we were told...come back Tuesday with both kids and the check on line is out the door...waiting room packed..there apps so far are 30 mins late and counting...will not be coming back...

Frustrating experience with new frame and lens purchase. After 3 frames, 2 prescriptions and 3 different lenses, I THINK I'm just about adjusted to these new glasses. I may have to get the bows readjusted one more time, but I have to see.

Most staff don't care. They won't touch you n adjust your new or fixed glasses on your face for you. So your glasses don't fit rightly n they don't care. There very standoffish.

I can't find the words to explain how grateful I am to Dr. Reimer and his team. I lost some vision in one of my eyes and Reimer was swift and diligent in finding out how that could have happened and what we could do about it. My sight will never be whole without medication again, but I feel confident in how it is being taken care of. In some vague way, he also saved my life by discovering a blood clotting disorder that flew under the radar even after showing signs of it during my pregnancy. If he wasn't so determined and tested me for the disorder, then I would have remained on birth control and experienced something far more serious than what I'm currently going through. I don't know what will happen in the future, maybe complete vision loss in that eye, but for now, I feel that I'm in great hands. So, thank so much, really

This review is specifically for Kim, whom I saw regarding correction of my glasses order. I could tell she really cares about customer satisfaction. Contrary to what I read in another review, I have complete confidence in Dr Reimer and have always felt he is thorough in explaining procedures both before and after. I would definitely recommend the office to anyone, especially anyone anticipating cataract surgery.

I was recently at Riemer Eye Center in Ludington. I didn’t order my glasses through them but Emily was more than happy to help adjust my glasses for me. I wasn’t sure if they would do it considering I didn’t order them through REC. She was personable and definitely left an impression. Thank you, Riemer Eye Center and Emily.

My husband was recently at Riemer Eye Center of Ludington. he had a sudden onset of visual disturbance. The staff got him into Dr. Brandon that same day. This was the start of very good treatment. He learned that for the first time in his life he is now officially a senior citizen he needs glasses. The optometrist, Erin, was outstanding. She explained everything so thoroughly in a manner easy to understand. She could not have been more helpful. We departed our session with her feeling like she genuinely cared about our issues. We are thankful for the care and service my husband received at the Ludington Riemer Eye Center.

They overcharge seniors for tiny procedures i.e. charging $76 to tweeze a single eyelash. Staff is unsmiling and rude. The doctor is also curt, unkind. I am disgusted by the way they treated my mother, who has found superior eyecare, elsewhere.
