I wish I could give half a star, let me correct myself I wish there was the capability to give no stars. I trusted Right Move Storage with my valuables and they failed me. I was advised of using the indoor storage unit for better protection and safety of my valuables. After securing my contract awith Right Move storage in addition to paying insurance I moved my items in with the mindset that my valuables would be in safe hands. I checked on my items 5 months after storing it to find 90% of my valuables mildew damaged. When I went to the office to report this I was told there is nothing they can do that I need to call the insurance company. I filed my insurance claim following every detail they asked for only for them to process my claim stating they do not cover weather damaged. This is unacceptable to me I had indoor unit Right Move storage climate controlled failed which resulted in lost of my valuables. This unacceptable and I'll be sure to legal action.
Unfortunately I have been using this facility for a ĺittle more than a year and I have experienced some of the worst customer service ever I do not recommend this place for storage needs and will be ending my rental here soon.
There's a big man on a little campus Cannot remember anything past the 30 minutes before you just called. He tried to make me feel like a dummy, so if you happen to stumble on this establishment, run ,run away.
Great people and the storage unit was a perfect size for my belongings. Due to the price increase, I had to move out.
I've rented a storage unit here for about 3 years and I've never had any issues with management or anything regarding the site. It's very clean and well maintained by on site management personnel. They have several size units and their rental prices are much lower than other facilities I've been to. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well lit and safe storage facility.
The guy was very helpful when I came to look at the unit. The only problem was when I actually came put my stuff in my unit it took forever to get the email w/the gate code. Had to call & leave a message to get a text w/ the gate code. Well I went to pull my stuff out of storage & everything was covered in mold/mildew. This was in a "humidity controlled" unit. If it has the water icon next to it don't get it! It's false advertising! Storing my stuff there was a total waste of $$.. place is worthless
Great storage. Very clean and well managed. Mark is very straight forward and easy to work with. No surprises or unexpected charges. I would highly recommend as the best storage facility in the area.
I rented my unit for 7 years. Mark and his staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. If I ever need to store anything again, I won't go anywhere else.
Right Move is clean, safe and high tech. I love how the messages on the gate access reader is personalized... almost made me wanna keep my storage just for that Thanks for the pleasant experience with Right Move, Mark!!
Mark was very helpful and the unit was clean and temperature controlled. They also have a truck available with move-ins
