Riley's Room Furniture

I had bought many items there. Thank goodness I didn't have any issues with them that required customer service. I advised my mom to go there to purchase a couch when she moved but when it was delivered it looked terrible. When I complained the owner told me I would have to deal with the manufacturer. They did nothing about it. It was weeks of emails back and forth but she's still left with the same couch. A pucker sewn into the seam and strap marks in the back cushions. Looks like the floor model. She paid almost $1000 for this. Also the arm sounds broke inside but a picture doesn't show that. These pictures were taken the same weekend that it was delivered. Tag is still on. We asked the delivery men if the indents would come out and theh said yes and if not to call the store. I feel bad that I recommended it. I'll never shop there again.

Riley’s furniture is top quality compared to a lot of other places selling compressed wood garbage for more. Selection and quality is what it’s about. The mattresses are the absolute best, high quality and locally made… which I love. Friendly customer service on top of it and I couldn’t be happier and recommend more!

Very customer friendly staff. There is a very selection selection compared to other places but they do have some good stuff. Prices are a bit high but you can't find those items elsewhere around Windsor. Haven't purchased anything yet but most likely will.

We are delighted with the purchase of furniture. The seller is very interested in the customer, advises and is extremely committed. This salon was recommended to us by friends from Canada and the US. We have ordered a lot to Europe. The friends to whom we recommended furniture from this store are also very satisfied. I recommend this place with full responsibility. There are few people who will take care of our needs and rest so much.

Awesome experience...the selection of high quality furniture most of which I didn't have to wait for was excellent. So happy with actual solid wood construction. Even better were the two custom made mattresses we bought. I've spent thousands on mattresses before that never came close to the comfort and quality of Riley's 321 Sleep!! Thank you to the owner and staff for great service and delivery and set up of everything...could not be happier!! Highly recommend!!

I just finished building a house. My friends recommended me furniture from this furniture showroom. I am very pleased, I received professional advice on the arrangement and selection. Although we planned to buy a bed only for the bedroom, we ended up equipping the whole house. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The service was courteous and attentive, and the delivery and installation of the bed and dressers was carefully and expertly completed. Covid protocols were properly implemented. We have bought from Riley's several times and the sets and individual pieces are unique and prices are reasonable. We noticed that since the Tecumseh store has unfortunately closed, a large portion of the Windsor store furniture has become packed together. We suggest the owner seriously invest and expand the showroom, when possible. This location really needs more set-up space for customers to view their entire collections. We hope they will.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a piece of furniture in APRIL. 24 weeks ago, to be exact- I received no notification the item was back-ordered. When I phoned to follow up I was told the item would arrive in 8-10 weeks. When I still had not heard any follow-up in 10 weeks- I phoned back. The woman answering the phone seemed very confused at first, then just said "I'm sorry to say, we are looking at another 8-10 weeks". Understanding that there have been worldwide shipping delays, I waited patiently ANOTHER 10 weeks. Still no follow up. Not so much as a phone call to notify me! The woman has now stated cancellations of orders are impossible.. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

We are a young couple. The salon was recommended to us by friends from Portugal. We went to Canada immediately. We were taken care of very professionally there. Since then, our home is the place where we like to spend our time the most. We recommend it to everyone.

After visiting several places to buy a leather couch set or a sectional as I'm very meticulous in my research on my purchases. I visited Riley's three times within a three month interval to view a sectional I was eyeing for some time I had talked to the manager/owner of Riley's at every visit. I finally pulled the trigger on the leather sectional I had by eyeing and discussing with the manager/owner. Six months later after the purchase while rearranging the furniture I realize the back of the sectional is loose. I look at the receipt and the receipt has written "floor model" and "as is", not once did the manager/owner mention the sectional was damaged, broken nothing. What a bunch of low life scammer's. I had been a Riley's advocate and a good customer of Riley's for years as I got every cents worth from a leather set I bought several years back. Every time I visited Riley's and talked to the manger about the set I mentioned that the set was priced out of what I could afford and I was trying to scrap more together and that since I was on disability it would take some time for me to scrap more together. At every visit she had dropped the price a little more every visit but I was still short until my last visit. I must reiterate not once did she mention the set was damaged, broken or compromised in any way. I'm so angry I got cheated by Riley's manger/owner. Very, very dissatisfied and must really emphasize do not let your guard down and be very skeptical on how Riley's conducts their business. Now I will need to figure out how I can recover from this purchase and may have lost thousands of dollars on this purchase. Update owner never contacted me as it was noted by the owner in this review. .
