I attended Riyo Dental for an emergency tooth extraction. I couldn’t fault the service I received. I had a bad experience with a dentist a few years ago so I was very, very nervous. As soon as I had a consultation with dentist Mozammel, it made me feel reassured and put my mind at ease. I went back the following day for the tooth to be extracted, and the whole procedure was fantastic from start to finish! I would highly recommend this dental practice!
What a brilliant dental experience! The dentist and dental nurse I saw were both so lovely and reassuring, im so happy that I chose this practice for my appointment, honestly couldn’t fault them in any way.. I have never come across such caring and friendly staff in a dental practice before, I’ll be sure to recommend Riyo Dental to friends and family!
I have been coming to Riyo Dentist for a few months now for treatment. I haven’t been to a dentist in over 5 years as I am a nervous patient, however I had to go this time for a tooth to be taken out as the pain was excruciating. I explained to the staff and dentist how nervous I was, the dentist Muzzy was so calming and kind. He understood how I felt, I was very anxious but Muzzy calmed me down and stopped whenever it was getting too much for me to explain what was happening next. After having the tooth out, I asked Muzzy if he could work on getting my smile back and after several appointments, each time making sure I was ok, he allowed me to bring my partner in for moral support. Muzzy would show me x rays and explain what was happening in this appointment, the atmosphere of the dentist is really calming, with a television and fire in the dentist room. Not forgetting the new addition of the terrapins in the reception area, small details like this really calm patients down like me. After all my work was done, Muzzy arranged for my teeth whitening. I can’t believe how amazing they are, I was worried they would look like veneers or celebrities off the telly but they look so natural and got rid of my yellow stains after years of smoking and neglect on my teeth. Finally yesterday I had my 2 front teeth completed and finally have my forever smile, after all the appointments with Muzzy each time, I cried a little less and became more confident all because of how Muzzy and the rest of the staff was with me. However I did cry a lot yesterday but happy tears from finally being able to smile without feeling self conscious. Unfortunately I have moved down south, but have been making the 4 hour drive just to see Muzzy at Riyo Dental as I have so much faith in him and the dentist for understanding my needs. I will continue making the drive up for my dental care as I don’t believe there is another dentist as good as Riyo. Thank you Muzzy, Francesca and the rest of the team for all your kindness. if I could give 10+ stars I would!
My son had an accident at football game and I was so welcome in the clinic in an emergency, stressful moment. Dr Jabir is very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. He put us at easy, very reassuring and saw us back on a Sunday afternoon to ensure my son was recovering well. Truly recommend this clinic and thank you so much for all your support when we needed. Really appreciate it
I paid a decent amount of money for me to do Invisalign here. I chose it because it looked clean and the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Above, many patients are satisfied with Riyo's services, but unfortunately, I am not one of them. A lot happened when I got my teeth done here. The most recent thing is that I had to wear a tray for 6 weeks. My chewing joint was not correct when wearing the last tray I had. I had trouble chewing food all the time, but my dentist only work here 1 day a week. Unbelievable. I hope I still have a set of teeth worth the money I spent. I will edit/reassess and update this review when I have the final results on my teeth.
Referred by my normal dentist as I needed a root canal on one of the back teeth which is more complex than the others. Booked me in the same day and the dentist was really good. I didn't feel a thing! The reception is nice and welcoming and the building was easy to find.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming, in a very professional setting. I am very pleased with the work I had done.. better than expected after was told by NHS dentist they couldn’t do anything for me to repair an old crown. Well worth the money. : thank you
Went in for an emergency appointment and had to get a tooth removed, all staff were very nice and the whole service was much appreciated. I am scared of the dentist but staff were calm and reassuring which helped a lot. Did ask for a stress ball to hold while I had the tooth removed which they didn't have unfortunately but wouldn't change my rating for that. Would recommend and would go back.
I didn’t think I would find myself writing a positive review for a dentist as like many people it’s not a place I enjoy visiting, however I had to take the time to thank the wonderful team & people at Riyo Dental. I moved dentist to Riyo this last year after my previous dentist of years changed hands and turned into a sales organisation and the patient care side and trust was lost. I have had to have some treatment recently, a tooth removal & a couple of fillings, this was caused by me avoiding the dentist for too long as I wasn’t comfortable with where I was previously. I felt extremely anxious about the treatment but it was handled in such a professional and caring manner and went so smoothly, I can only express my gratitude. My family & I all see Jabir, he’s incredible. His understanding of people, how they feel, his relaxing mannerism and genuine care to help provide genuine solutions and advise is second to none, something I’ve not experienced since my previous dentist of years retired, even my 5 year old who doesn’t like new situations is relaxed with Jabir. The welcome from the moment you walk in to the quality of care and treatment you receive is fantastic. Although I hope not to have to see these wonderful people again too soon, I know when we do we’ll be well looked after. Thank you to Jabir & your whole team for renewing my faith in the dentistry service. Thank you all from Rebecca, Michael, Dylan & Isaac.
A very big thank you to dentist Mr Duale and his assistant. I hate and fear dental visits. I wasn't sure how I would get through this visit despite the rhetoric of "you will be fine". I had an extensive root canal filling which effectively seems to have saved my tooth. Mr Duale, talked me through the whole process at every stage of the way and did everything possible to put me at ease. he even worked hard to try and rectify old jobs completed by so called specialists at the Manchester Dental Hospital. I can't believe I went to the dentist and came out feeling 'money well spent'. Thank you for your honesty. Thank you for trying so hard. Thank you Ryo dental for offering a great service. CB
