We recently had to plan our first funeral service and we are so grateful to have worked with Riotto Funeral Home throughout it all. Nicole and her team were amazing at walking us through every step of the process and helping us so that we could focus on what was most important, remembering our loved one. Any issue that came up was quickly solved by Nicole and her team, we never had to worry about anything. Not only is the funeral home newly renovated and beautiful, they worked hard to make sure that our loved one looked beautiful. Riotto also worked with us to learn about and honor our culture’s customs as we remembered our loved one. We felt respected and cared for throughout the entire process. We have attended services at other funeral homes and wholeheartedly feel like Riotto is the best there is. Without hesitation, we recommend them and would trust them again for our loved ones.

This funeral home has been amazing.I lost my brothers on Thursday August 24th 2023. Planning not one, but two funerals, Is very stressful. I remembered this funeral home from years ago. My mothers viewing was here so I decided to contact them and I must say. That Mr. Miguel Rivera has been such an amazing help. He has really eased this pain. I am blessed to have remembered this place. I highly recommend them. They are truly amazing.

I lost my dear mother recently and Riotto team take care of her like she still in the flesh, with a lots lots of care. The owner Richard also sit down with you and takes a long time to listen to your needs and wants at this grieving moment. Is like instinctly he knows you need extra emotional support in the hardest moments of a family's life. Adam and the whole staff at Riotto were extremely helpful and understanding. They handled every detail of my mother’s viewing and funeral with extreme care. 5 stars does not justify how amazing Riottos funeral experience was with my dads passing. They were very compassionate and listened to us during our grieving process. They made us, as well as family members remember how my father was prior to being sick. They did an amazing job and no words of gratitude can actually show how we as a family feel. They allowed us to use soft music and picture memories to remember him. They went above and beyond our expectation to make our grieving process smooth. Also it was very clean and nice. A very beautiful place to mourn. I will completly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again for making the hardest day of our life the smoothest!

This establishment is by far the most organized, professional, courteous and most importantly the most understanding when it comes to one’s time in need during a difficult transition in the dealing of the funeral process. The help and guidance we have received from Riotto’s funeral Hone Is second to none, and my highest regards to Miguel Rivera for his patience and extra compassion during our families time of need. After the passing of my father in law, with tears in her eyes, my wife said, " I'm such a mess. How will we ever even be able to find a good funeral home for my daddy"? Tears were streaming down her face. I wanted to be as compassionate as possible, so I said a loud, The most logical solution that came to mind, " Let's look in the phone book". "The phone book"?!!! She said. She later explained her flabbergasted reaction. To take a moment of the greatest importance in her life, and reduce it to a name in a phone book, to her, was unfathomable. Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation, became the name we value so much. Not only are they the kindest people you could possibly deal with, when you're at the lowest state of your life, but, they provide services for all faiths. With a deep personal understanding of how difficult it is saying good bye to a loved one. We used them first for my dear Father In Law, and most recently, for my beloved Mother In Law. You couldn't make a better choice than Riotto. Adam was so compassionate over the phone, and said just the right things we needed to hear, at just the right time, when comfort was so necessary. Nicole was absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process, offering things we didn't even realize existed, like Bereavement groups for people in grief who want to talk to others. Her maturity and level of sensitivity was beyond compare. Everyone who works at Riotto Funeral Home, are very special. I was referred to Riotto Funeral Home by family in the midst of the passing of my Dad very recently, I have no words to express the handle, care and attention that was giving and shown to my family and also to his memory and service.
